All these people excusing drunk driving must have never been affected by it. My father was hit by a drunk driver. I stand by my earlier statement, people who drink and then get behind the wheel are basically attempting murder on the public. It is hard enough to account for the suddeness of driving while completely sober. Why on earth would you knowingly put others at risk? No one accidently gets drunk. You knew you were going to drink before hand so you should have some plan to get home that doesn't involve getting behind the wheel of a car.

Agreed, if you have the funds to take a cab if you even feel the least bit tipsy, do it. Somebody with Mike's stature and financial success should of known better.

His blood alcohol level was well below a few hours after the arrest. It doesn't take "just a few hours" to get your levels down that much. This will be dropped in court. I think this will all blow over fast although I'm super surprised this happened. Something smells fishy here though, Bud looks like he always has red eyes. Obviously if this never happened 19 years in San Antonio but it happens here within months? Cops here are corrupted more so than a lot of other states. I just don't know what to think.

We've picked up Freddy Garcia I think he has enough left in the tank for the rest of the year. and Maholm and is back even though he's struggled mightly. I just hope J-Hey can keep that bat hot for the playoffs. These past 2 games vs. St Louis really shows you how much we need him.

Let's stay with the Spurs way of doing things. They've won championships if you're gonna base your franchise off any other why not San Antonio? Draft and scout really well and actually develope your talent. Make solid pick ups in the offseason year to year and even if you don't make a splash per say you know you have talent developing at a steady rate already on your team. Need alotta luck though too as said above.

I wish Josh the best!! I would have been just as happy if not more if he came . They say you don't appreciate it til it's gone....I think we're/we've constructed a decent team but Josh will forever be in our history books. Youngest player to reach mile stones in blocks and other categories. He made up for team mistakes on plenty occasions and though he's plenty of his own his benefits outweighed his defaults. Hopefully collectively the team we have now can make up for all the game changing stats we loss with Josh but honestly he's like the 2nd to 3rd best athlete offensively & defensively in the league behind Lebron and Wade. Defense wins championships and Detroit though young if they click right could be the next Pacers very soon. I'm really looking forward to these Hawks/Pistons games. I'm so tired of the hate I want some of our fans to see what practice,confidence and support can do for a jumper. It's the NBA anybody can learn how to shoot...

I played on Zack Wheeler's baseball team from when we were 12 up until we were 15 years of age. The man has always had a arm but I never thought he'd go this far. Pick right before Mike Minor in 2009 and traded straight up for Carlos Beltran, Zack has finally broke into the bigs and is a starting pitcher for the New York Mets. I'm thinking most of you Braves fans have already gotten a tatse of him? Why? He's 3-0 with an ERA under 3 against the Braves ALREADY this year. It just amazes me how far he's gone since we played together. Wow. Has anybody gotten to watch this kid yet? Him and Matt Harvey are going to give the Mets a potent 1-2 punch for the future.

Have to say I'm even more happy now reading the kind of shit he said. If he SOMEHOW gets rid of those jump shots he can be that star player he presumes himself to be. Unfortunately for him after almost 10 years in the league he still can't figure that out. I think we will see much of the same in Detroit, but now regression becomes a thwart.
