  1. aldridge is around 30 right (don't know exactly) he would be silly to go to the lakers if he actually wants to win a title in his prime...hawks or spurs are his best bet

where is this millsap is leaving stuff coming from?  figured after the way draft night went down, it was because we were definitely bringing back jyd and sap

  2. why are we attacking each others fandom, thats something you just don't do man_in_love.gif  (see hardaway jr is already screwing up chemistry)

could you imagine a squawk where every hotlanta post was full of praise and excitement, or diesel and supes agreed on everything...thats not a world I want to live in man

I don't like the trade, but I still love the hawks!

  3. oubre has a lot of talent and just needs to be coached- well we just so happen to have a fantastic coach....thjr, was a malcontent in new york, plays no d, is a low percentage chucker, doesn't have the upside that oubre has, probably could have had him at the trade deadline this season for second rounders, and if carrol leaves for more money, oubre would have been a sf to fill in....don't like this trade at all

will be ecstatic to be proven wrong though

  4. Im sure the Knicks tried to do that last season when they were unloading everyone they could. No one wants THJ.....but us.

we probably could have traded 2nd rounders for him during the season- I'm not usually negative but this trade sucks

  5. Wow.. Some folks on this board are not happy unless they are bitching. I mean we have no idea how this plays out and the board sounds like spoiled f***ing brats!

SMFH at the butthurt people on this board.

Calling Bud a loser? I mean get a f***ing life CLOWNS!!!

there is something ironic about this post me thinks

  6. when you play 45+ minutes and 90% of possessions end on you taking a shot, or passing to a player taking a shot- your stats are going to be inflated.  I hated how even Atlanta sports radio hosts were riding his jock so hard, dude is a great player, but his narrative is worn the f out

  7. I love how this all so exposes the fickleness of the sports media... their hyperbole is just so tedious, so easily predisposed to anointing LBJ as on the cusp of supplanting Jordan for a couple of days, and now, no doubt we're going to hear about the Cavs in crisis for a couple of days. It's part of why, though I think Lebron is a very personable and likeable guy away from the court, I loved watching the balloon burst versus SA last summer, and will love it again if GS takes the series as I think they will.

and now he is in a judd apatow movie- and I normally really like his movies- but I would rather my manhood be put in a vice than go watch a rom-com starring lebron james

can't wait until the lebron james chapter of the nba comes to an end- I'm looking at you Antonio Davis

  8. Honestly.. He just seems to be play really recklessly. I can't believe that any Nba player would purposely injure NBA players. I can understands ya'll reaction.

Normally I would agree with this, but there is just way too much evidence to suggest otherwise.  At this point to say "he" isn't a dirty player would be as absurd as saying Bruce Bowen also wasn't a dirty player, or that Ron Artest never got in a fist fight.  And now I will never bump this thread again

  9. Lebron runs as hard as he can to the basket and if someone gets in his way, he gets to shoot free throws.  It must be nice being the king.
(I am a "Lebron Hater" so judge away)

and can someone get tanya harding out of retirement, to take a shot at della"its okay if I dive at your ankles because I played rugby which was really Australian rules football but Lebron once said rugby so everyone thinks it was rugby"dova in the locker room
