He should be ok actually, he continued playing afterwards. If he was injured he would have came out.
That doesn’t mean anything. Adrenaline is still flowing right after. A lot of injuries don’t hit u until the next day after it’s gotten cold

Hopefully Cam didn't get himself traded into a worse situation than what he was in with the Hawks as far as minutes are concerned. I thought he had a very realistic opportunity here to be a significant part of the team moving forward if he just gave it more time.
that'll be his own dumbass fault. Grass aint always greener

Maybe because we don't have a single player on the roster outside of Trae capable of consistently creating offense for themselves and others.

He can post people up. He usually settles for that turn around jumper which he is killer at hitting. I would love to see him continue to push down and actually do low post moves/get fouled. He's an 80% FT shooter. he should always be trying to get contact.
He has to get the ball to even attempt that jumper. He struggles to even seal his defender behind him for the entry pass. We’ve damn near wasted entire shot clocks waiting for him to seal off his man. He’s too little

He's improved every season in the NBA so far. He is a super efficient scorer which should mean the team runs play for him. However, Nate just liked LP refuses to run plays for JC. It makes no sense. I'm not saying JC would suddenly be a 26 ppg player but he certainly could be a 20 ppg player with slightly more touches.
I'm starting to understand why. Ofcourse Capela clogging the paint reduced his PPG, but have you see him try to post people up? It's comedy. It's like trying to stop a massive water leak with scotch tape. He would struggle battling Mugsy Bogues for position in the post. His lack of ball handling/shot creation hurts him as well. He has to grow in these areas, to become more than just a product of Trae

Cam not aggressively fighting through a screen, and was way late to contest the midrange jumper.
Trae's fault again.
What are u watching? Cam was clearly hurt and limping out there. Which is why he went to the locker room. Probably why he played so little last game

Like Traes effort on defense so far. Everybody’s effort for that matter

His court vision has been immensely better this year. People are just too focused on stats. He's made some great passes this year where in the past he would have chucked up some bs instead. Some passes may be off target right now, but the IQ was there. Some passes just result in a missed basket so he doesn't get the assist. The latter happens way more often than the former.
He still has alot of growing to do, but if one hasn't noticed his improved willingness to pass and find open teammates this year....I don't know what to tell you

Kev making layups and going to the free throw line. COVID must have had the same effect on Kev that spider bite had on Peter Parker. We have entered the twilight zone

I swear Kev has made more layups tonight than his entire career combined

don't know if this was posted but it's pretty funny.
Posted many times. This is pretty old. Before Edwards and Maxey even played in college. Drew Timme from Gonzaga was in this video and said Cam as well

Wow. When they come out with video box scores?!?! Them folks at NBA.com ain’t playing.
But yeah this team has crap rotations. The best defensive teams get there a step early, the worst ones always late if at all. So much defensive versatility missing in Wright, Dre, and OO tonight so no surprise. I’m just hoping the team is fully healthy and ducking the ‘Rona for the last month. They’ll make up ground quickly for a sneak-in spot.
Theyve had those clips for years now

Are you joking? He could have realized it his rookie year. He could have realized it in high school. The statement is still valid
1 minute ago, Hawkmoor said:Lavine and DeRozan barbecued Trae. It is what it is on defense with Trae in the game. I also agree that Cam has a lot of work to do.
Trae wasn't guarding them.....like at all lol

You REALLY are bonkers. DeRozan BEEN a midrange player his whole career. I wanted him when he was with Toronto. DeRozan, Lavine, Leonard, Kyrie and a healthy Klay Thompson have the best midrange game in the league. Just off the top of my head.
He never said he wasn't one his whole career

Cam has to start the rest of the season. When Hunter is healthy start him at SF and Cam at Sg.
I have been pushing for this lineup for two years now:
Young
Cam
Hunter
Collins
Capela
Bogi and Huerter can hang in the second unit with Gallo and OO.
I mean. That was the lineup last season until Dre got hurt, and then Cam got hurt

They also aren't leaving Cam open now, like they were earlier in the game. It's Trae's driving to the basket that is freeing up Cam for open shots.
Now if you want Cam to initiate the offense, that's different. Give him the ball and let's see if he can make shots off the dribble. He's made 2 or 3 shots initiating his own offense, and 4 or 5 shots via assists from other people.
But to free people up for shots, either Trae has to draw and kick, or the ball has to move quickly from everyone to get Cam a look.
If Trae keeps it, he needs to make his floaters. He went 0 - 6 in that 2nd quarter and missed 4 shots in the paint. That needs to improve.
Cap. Cam was wide open at the top of the key on one of the later possessions. He's throwing his hands up calling for it......and Bogi proceeds to throw up some bullsh*t

When Cam is going like he is, everything doesn't have to run through Trae every time down.
Not even just that. Why are we running dribble hand offs to Bogi at the top of the key while Cam is in the corner? Bogi ABSOLUTELY SUCKS ON BALL. Do that with Cam. Stick Bogi's garbage ahh in the corner where he's actually worth something

here we go with Bogi again smh

Wright is a good on ball defender, but if he can't initiate the offense then Mays needs to play more. Bogi is our sharpshooting SG, not a PG.
that shooting aint too sharp. More like a butter knife

any possession Bogi is the primary ball handler is a lost possession.

Did we hit a Gold Mine? Kevin Knox in Atlanta.

Bogi will never be able to replicate that again. He's not that good. The way he's playing this year is on par with the rest of his career. a couple months of hot shooting doesn't make that your norm.
Also, Hunter was hurt the 2nd half of last year. I don't know what you mean by that
