Why shouldn't he be arrogant? This season proves he can throw a team together literally midseason and romp over every team in the East. He's in Shaq mode now. He doesn't even have to try for half the season. He owns the conference. You could throw him on the Knicks or the Sixers next season and they'd go on to make the finals.

I'm not even mad. They're clearly better than us. I hate watching LeBron, but his dominance and greatness is undeniable. He's got a team of scrubs playing at a championship level at the right time. The Hawks had their championship run in January. Smh. I shiver to think about what Golden State would do to this team. Might as well bite the bullet now.
Anyway, it was great while it lasted.

Before the playoffs, I was of a mind that we'd be in good shape just bringing back Paul and DMC. That's not going to cut it. There needs to be a talent upgrade, even if those guys have to walk. Go after Gasol, Deandre, Aldridge, Butler, Kawhi, or see what's available via trade. Do we have enough to go after Cousins? I don't know, but they have to try. You come back here with the same team and get worked again by LeBron or whoever next year in the playoffs and you'll lose the fanbase you worked so hard to build up this year.

Well, we made it to the conference finals.
Maybe one day we can lose in the finals.

Really tired of the Jekyll and Hyde act from this team.

They should give out a Should Have trophy, just for the Wizards.

DMC. In order for us to win this series, he's gonna have to put in work.

How crazy is it that there's a very realistic probability that the biggest story of the NBA Finals will be native son Josh Smith returning to Atlanta to battle the Hawks?

If the Hawks switched rosters and coaches with the Knicks, they'd be all in and calling them the resurrection of the 73 Knicks. It's because this is happening in Atlanta that they bash it. NY, Philly, Boston, they all have superiority complexes. On some level they can't accept teams from cities like Atlanta succeeding. Let em hate. Like a great man once said, the South got something to say.

We match up much better with Cleveland than we did Washington. I think we're going to shock some people. Hawks in 7.

That was the most Hawks way to close out a series.

Hawks very lucky to get the win. Glad Hawks up 3-2 but alot of issues with the team to play better.
Of course. I didn't even recognize this team for most of the game. But sometimes all you need is a player to will the team to victory, and tonight Al did that, and that is HUGE for them going forward.

Big Al was not going to allow Pierce to rip our hearts out, and for that, I will always love him.

Can't close. So frustrating.

The ref literally watched the ball go off Gortats foot. Adam Silver has to make changes in the off-season. That was absolutely crazy.
How was that not reviewed?? Three minutes to go in a playoff game and you don't go to the monitor on that? Ridiculous.

I'm sorry I called you soft, Al.
-
Finally! Come on, Hawks!!
-
This performance is a disgrace. The whole team is soft. They owe anyone who watched this an apology.
-
Pero literally can't finish anything around the rim.
-
I love Korver, but if he can't get open, you might as well put Bazemore in. He can at least guard Beal.
-
Well, looks like the refs got the memo.

Great win. If we stay aggressive in game 5, we've got this.

Agreed. As righteous as the media like to be when it suits them, they didn't have a thing to say the NYPD broke the leg of one of our key players. Especially in this climate, that's a story and worthy cause but no "superstar" involved or impacted...let's move on. Media and their played narrative can kick a bunch of rocks.
Lol they won't even say what happened to Thabo. The play by play guy the other night said he was injured in "a nightclub incident," no mention of NYPD. Like Thabo was just wildin out in the club.
I can't stand this arrogant sob!

I honestly don't enjoy watching LeBron play, but I'm not going to pretend he's not a great player. If you're a fan of a team, are you not supposed to acknowledge when another team's player is dominating? I mean, we're intelligent basketball fans here, right? Let's be real.
