Trae should not be penalized because he knows how to draw fouls throughout the course of the game. 

If he's getting hit, and he's not initiating contact, he should be able to draw the foul, no matter how much people don't like it.

Then Nate has to chase ref all the way to Cavs bench to get timeout, 3 seconds wasted
