Is it not possible the remove that scoreboard on Firefox? It makes it so you can only see one post on the messageboards. Im tired of having to scroll so much now.

Pretty much. If you point out the Hawks aren't playing well when they are beating bad/shorthanded teams people are like 'why are you complaining when we are winning? what is wrong with you?" Then when reality hits they are like........

I get labeled as a hater in the chat for the same feelings. My opinion is this, playing sloppy and beating bad teams is not going to help us with our goal, which should be to at least win 2 games in the second round of the playoffs. We can win all those games we want but they wont make a difference come May. Once we start looking good and this team forms an identity then ill be on the train full speed ahead. Until then i have to remain critical.

Every year you guys get your panties in a bunch about not getting respect and usually the Hawks go on a losing streak immediately. We keep this up and you guys wont have to worry about analysts talking about us at all.

Until we prove we can play with teams who will be in the 2nd round of the playoffs i agree. Lets see how we fare against teams like Boston, Miami, Orlando, etc...before we start clamoring for acclaim.

However, BBIQ should tell Josh that he would be much more of a beast if he were to use his athletic ability to take his man off the dribble down low. Or if he were to post up. I believe that Illyasova just unnerved Smoove. This round, he has soft *ss Rashard Lewis. BBIQ should tell him that he's supposed to post up Lewis All day and twice on Friday... Bibby is supposed to throw the ball in to him too. Our offense against the Magic should be simple. Only Josh's softness will lead it to something complicated.

How crazy would it look for Smoove to be posting up and the ball never even swings that direction or he ends up just clogging the lane for another Iso Joe.

If he is not set to post then why would he do it? If he isnt posting then what else is he gonna do? He cant just stand in the paint and be guarded by proximity.

You have to have something to do in the offense or you will end up standing around, period. Im implying that the offense doesnt call for him to do anything, so thats why he is wandering around.

If Woody is the coach next season i will not renew my League Pass. Relying entirely on iso is completely unacceptable. We make absolutely no adjustments to anything on the offensive or defensive end of the court. The Jazz, Blazers, and Bucks have proven that if you have a team that runs a system and each player knows their roles they can beat opponents with more talent. At this juncture, the Hawks can not beat anyone in a series unless they are overwhelmingly more talented.

I would be more than happy to lose Joe if it guaranteed Woody was also gone.

We wore them at Memphis this year and won. I remember because i was at that game.

Its not just one game. We have shown a clear patter throughout the entire season of playing down to our comp and collapsing in the 4th quarter.

So basically, people have conceded the division to Orlando, even though we're 2 losses behind them. Just give up and give them the division huh? We need to make up 2 games + beat Orlando head to head, which makes 3 games.

No way you even think about conceding the division, until after the early April Cleveland game. If we can't catch them by then, maybe you start experimenting with different lineups then. But not before then.

As for Woody trying to win 50?

Oh no . . . what a selfish act from Woody, to try to win 50 games at the "expense" of the team. That even sounds ridiculous to say.

So basically, people would rather limp into the playoffs, so that our starters can rest and our sorry bench players can "develop" in 6 weeks . . than to win 50+ games? Wow.

I'm glad this team is mentally tough. They're not quitting anytime soon. Let this thing play out.

To defend Marvin you seriously asked how many points we scored in the NBA? Man thats a new low when trying to get a point across. I guess all those fans who crapped on Darko shouldnt have because he has score more points in the NBA than they have. Not to say marvin is Darko status but that wasnt a good way to try and prove a point.
