The game could have been ours on several different moments, but we never took advantage. They kept hitting and we simply couldn't. We couldn't capitalize . . . . we HAVE TO correct that in one game in Miami. 2-2 back in Phillips
-
it's shock. it's the OTHER Hawks team. It's the team that won't show up the rest of the postseason hopefully. I think the "reason why you Never should give props" should refer more to Woody. I think we could've still pulled it out if we weren't forcing ISO that wasn't there. Of course, some FT here and there would've helped too. . ..

D-Wade says they'll match our intensity. . . hahaha Poor, poor, dillusional Wade.
Just about six hours to go!!
-
He was the freaking man. Hard to imagine an NBA without him.
-
In the early goings I saw a split I thought of ISO and movement. They quit that quick though. No bueno. It worked out well tonight, but it won't work all playoffs. . . .I hope it does, but I don't think so.
-
Oh yeah, can't wait to see the pics Brotha! Get good ones from behind the bench I hope. . .
-
Yes they will. And it won't be enough. I'm just hoping we don't wear ourselves out too much dealing with D Wade. . . i mean, the Heat.
-
I was sitting right behind the Hawks bench until the end of the first half..... that when the people who really bought the tickets for those sits came...lol
So now my son and I are sitting in sec 215 row D. The real good news is that I got JJ to sign my JJ
jersey
Congrats on the autograph and the first half of great seats. I sat in 213 this year and they were still great seats. Not a bad seat in Phillips actually, but still.
Oh, and one more thing. . . . GO REDSKINS!!!! (yeah, I see the logo. . . . hater) lol

I'm not sure if I would call it "a number" with a last second game winner, but they did pull off the stunner

The rules that were implemented about 5 years ago have made it a small man's game. The no hand checks and the cut down in phycial perimeter defense has given the smaller quicker guys a big edge they previously did not have.
There will be about 7 more good young PGs entering through the draft this year.
I agree the page is turning.
I agree our number one issue to address in the draft is the PG position for all the reasons listed here. But how quick is the page turning? I mean to say, do you think getting a true big is still our second biggest issue? I'm still of that inclination.

I don't wish injury on Wade because we SHOULD beat the Heat with them at full health, but LeBron on the other hand...
LOL I like this post. I hope both of them are in full health though. It will be incredibly difficult, but it will be so easy for any MIA/CLE fan to say "you only won because. . . ." They'll already be saying that in Boston no matter when they lose. And if by some miracle they won, they'll be saying "we won without KG!" Boston fans are funny. . .

The longest 45 minutes of my life. . . . .. LOL
-
Goosebumps bro. I'm so freaking pumped! It begins tonight. . . . it could end with a trophy. Gotta love playoffs!
-
Josh and Al split it. They're like Yin and Yang in the ways they do it, but they do split the duties.
-
I think his running style DOES fit our roster better than Woody's mindless scheme (or lack there of), and he wasn't a total failure in the NBA. Losing to Jordan's bulls in 6 isn't so bad. . . . it was Mike! I am really curious to see how things would work out if he came to the Hawks. Just can't decide if I'm curious enough to support making the move (if it's actually there to make)
-
Either way, Boston won't make it past the second round IF they make it.
-
I think there are several X-factors on our team. If someone slacks or doesn't come to play, we have enough sparatic talent that the slack SHOULD be picked up. We'll have to see who is dropping and who's picking up tonight. .. .
-
My money pits the Cavs against Orlando, but I couldn't put money against my Hawks. So, Hawks beat the Lakers in 6.
-
Real Hawk fans, go AWOL.....
You're right. . . I'm debating it!! lol
-
It did sound like I called you a liar when I wrote the wrong sentence. I would have thought what you did, hence apologizing in my last post. I am honest about where I stand regardless of being right or not.
But listen dude, I hate reading petty little arguments on a blog instead of the issue at hand. It's bad enough this is wasting our time, but we shouldn't waste everyone else's. Just message me if you want to complain about something so we can keep this between us. . . . .or just don't whine so much! LOL (kidding bro)
(message posted instead of sent privately to remind everyone - myself included - to keep blogs on topic)

Facebook can help with networking if you use it the right way. Even that is getting more and more ridiculous as people leave from Myspace. I detest them all, but I do keep a Facebook for professional and older personal reasons.
Barkley's right though,. . . .twitter sucks.

I meant to say that you were dead on with the comment. Anyone who watches the Hawks knows that. Sorry to mistype one sentence amidst my multitasking.
That being said, . . . lay off the coffee there bro. If someone disagrees with you (though I really wasn't), they aren't calling you a liar. It's a blog. That kind of thing happens. And as far as telling me what "I better do", . . . . ridiculous. There is nothing that makes me laugh more than someone trying to get gangsta on a blog! Thanks for giving me something to laugh at mule. You the man!!
:laughing5:
Wade really exposed Joe
