  1. I don't know if this means anything, but Falcons fans have been ranked near the bottom in the NFL as well. Something in the water perhaps? The Hawks are a really fun team to watch. I feel bad for the players. If I was a big time free agent, not sure I'd want to play for a team who can only fill 1/3 of the arena - when the team is a THREE seed currently.

  2. I been telling you guys, this team is not talented. I watch all NBA teams play, from the Jazz to the Thunder. This team is in the bottom five in terms of talent. Now I know what some will say, the Squrs are that talented. That's true, the Squrs don't have a top five talent pool but they are perfectly constructed, have an elite player, abit for only 20-23 MPG but he's elite for that amount of time, we don't have an elite player for 1 MPG, and they have a very good player in Parker and a good SG in Manu and a good SF in Kawhi. They have a top 3 team.

We on the other hand, don't have much talent. Our best player is a complimentary player in Al. Jeff is a combo guard who is practically a Bobby Jackson clone. Dennis is clearly the best talent on the team. His talent is in the mold of Gary Payton but he's no where near ready at this point to really give you the MPG you need and maybe years away from reaching his high level potential. This team doesn't impress me at all. They do play the right way, they have a great coach, and they have great team chemistry. Overall, our talent level is really low. Like Charlotte Bobcats low. They have a potential very good PG in Kemba. Have a potentially very good MKG. They have a good tweener in Jefferson. They have potential but they aren't that good. Then you have a team with superior talent to us in Washington. They have a potential elite PG and SG in Wall and Beal. They have a good tweener in Nene, solid true center in Gortat. They have a potentially good SF in Porter.

The Hawks are going nowhere fast. If Brooklyn can't tank, we are back in serious trouble again.

Dennis our best talent? Someone`s a little bias toward Schröder lol

  3. After last night I`m not so sure of Coach Bud. Terrible decision to keep the second team in for so long. He seems like he might be a little too hot-headed.

Also, Ayón and Antić should NEVER see the court. I guess they have to since they are our only backup bigs unfortunately. I`d take Millsap or Scott at center over those clowns.

The offense lately has been pretty stagnant too often.

  4. Small sample size from Milsap. So far more pro's than negatives. However, he lacks that explosiveness. I miss the ability to pass to Josh in the post and him dunk the ball home.

That`s just what it is, a small sample size. Millsap will get some highlight reel dunks - they`re usually just not ever showed because the national media didn`t know Utah existed.

Horford/Millsap is a very fun combo to watch Posted Image

  5. This team seems to have very little depth. Hopefully Williams gets back soon.

Teague looked fantastic, but you can definitely see the offense has a bit to go as far as being smooth.

We need lots of Millsap & Horford low/high post work, drawing double teams.

The shooting guard and SF position are a real weak spot for us. I love Korver and DMC, but they are pretty confined to their limited abilities/talent. But if we can move the ball better and play good team defense, I think this team could be pretty good - competing for playoff spots 2-4.

Looking forward to beating the Raptors on Friday!!
