I’ve sat close to the court, but not courtside like the seats Mr. Levenson has, but the closes I have been to the court was standing on it during halftime. I won a contest that allowed me to take 3 shots in a matter of seconds (90 if I remember correctly) It was a layup, foul shot, and 3 pointer. The gifts were amazing also $100 dollar gift certificate, free tickets, and more goodies.

Billy Knight wouldn’t give up a late first round pick for Jarrett Jack, so what makes you think he would be willing to trade Josh Childress for him? I just don’t see it happening. I think we are going to need to find our point guard by the draft.

It doesn't help having Coach Woodson.

Devin is the future Maverick point guard, so don’t expect to acquire him, but it would work out very nicely for the Hawks. Dallas also needs to see what the future holds for Jason Terry, so that is another reason why I don’t see the Mavericks letting Harris go, and I think it’s more likely they would be willing to trade Daniels.

Yes the Mavericks have 3 point guards, but that doesn’t mean they have any expendable at this time, because who has trust when it comes to Armstrong, and Jason Terry can play both the 1 and 2.

Well I certainly hope Jerome James isn’t on Billy Knight’s wish list.

What people need to remember about Josh is how poor he plays at the start of every season and that includes college. I’m expecting all the bashing of Childress to stop down the road.

Far cry from being worth that type of money.

I will pass on his 18-22 million dollar salary, so just seeing that scares me away from Marbury.

I went on my yearly trip to see my co-favorite team the Dallas Mavericks take on the Charlotte Bobcats (hate all you want, but I was born into this) and I still like the Philips Arena better compared to the Bobcats arena. The Dallas Mavericks won this year, so it was refreshing, but what I don't like about Charlotte is the lack of things to do.

Anyone interested making a trip when the Hawks go to Charlotte?

I wish I was by you, because I would of told the guy off (nicely ofcourse..haha) I dealt with a guy that told me not to yell during a Braves playoff game and then he had security come down to get me to shut up. When did "Go Braves" ever become a bad thing?

I'm at 99% of the games, tall 6'4, and feel free to say hi. Also if you notice me I may be able to get you to stay after the game to meet the players, but it depends if I have an extra post game pass.

I could only wish for the offer to be when the Mavericks come to town, because that would save me a bundle of money.

I hoped for the win, but we made the effort to fall just short, and now things will only get harder. We needed to win one of the home games.

Marbury wont add that many more wins to this team, because we still need our guards to play defense, and Marbury isn't going to help keep the pressure off our 4 and 5.

I would hate to see Marbury on the Hawks.

If we trade Chill we need to fill needs, so that could be guys coming off the bench or a potential starter (not likely). I like Chill, so I don’t want to see him go, but I’m not seeing the need for him anymore, and I think our future starters are clear. I also don’t see Al Harrington being around, but we will just see what happens with that, and if his future rest with the Hawks.

You’re setting yourself up for a landslide effect if you trade Chill for any of the guys you’ve listed. You will wonder how Josh Smith or Marvin William will fit into the picture if you trade for a power forward right now. I’ve noticed that Marvin has been playing the 4 and has been doing a decent job at it, but he still may be a couple of years away before he starts. I’m still expecting our 3 and 4’s to be Josh and Marvin down the road (very short-term) so I would like to see other needs filled by trading Chill.

I like how ZaZa is molding into the starting center, but I don’t think the guards are fully doing their job, because they are allowing to many drives inside, and it’s only adding to the pressure on our 5. The 1 and 2 need to step their defense up.

The row that was directly front of me had 3 guys together (2 young white males and 1 young black male) and to the left of them was a family and the father had crutches. Just trying to describe people to see if that was anyone.

I couldn't come early, because I sorry to say met up with the Clippers before they even arrived at the arena, so I had a few things I needed to take care of, and it seemed like the party was closer to the court.

I also received the ticketmaster letter with coupons to chick fila. I will be putting those to good use for sure and once again it was a wonderful night.

I saw one black male with a Hawksquawk T-Shirt on and I saw one white male with the exact shirt on.

Woodson deserves alot of blame for every night. I understand that some of the players are under performing, but I don’t feel Woodson is doing a very good job at coaching theses youngsters.

Atlanta’s just not very good at allowing the young talents to show what they can provide and we’re use to seeing this happen. Prime example Dan Dickau, so a player just can’t come off the bench and perform when they only receive 4 minutes every other night. I’m a fan of Ivey, so I would like to see him receive more minutes off the bench, and I think we could see some very good things from him.

Atlanta not that desperate and I didn’t expect Billy Knight to have any interest. I bet Billy Knight let out a few laughs when he first heard that Sprewell wanted to become a Hawk, but clearly it wouldn’t be a wise move at all.

I’m just afraid that the Miami D will get to Vick, so I hope Vick comes to play, and is ready to move around. Our offensive line really needs to protect Vick today, so we can come out on top, and lets hope our run defense actually shows up today. Coming off a bye week……no excuses.

The TNT crew clearly picks the favorites to win the championship, but that goes for just about everyone, and that includes the fans. Barkley does seem to bash the Mavericks often, so it’s not just over this years predictions, but it’s been waiting to blow up for awhile.
