Hawksquawk now has a full fledged support system in place. If you have any issues you no longer have to create a post in the support forum and wait for a response. You can now click on the 'Support' button and then create a ticket for whatever issue you are having. I will then be notified about your issue via email and our support system and will respond to your issue ASAP.

If it's something severe, like you you believe your account has been compromised, then you can choose a severe status and it will get immediate attention.

Support tickets created by you can only be seen by you and I and once they are marked complete they will remain in your support area for future reference. 

Please have reasonable expectations about response time. If you have questions about this please let me know.
