I think Bibby is not up to the hawks standard....so to fix that we need to get rid of him.....get rid of him to miami for mario chalmers or to houston for aaron brooks...waddya say??

I think that we should get rid of marvin williams for some young talent. All marvin does is play defence...he cant really shoot or do any offensive things. I think for a youngster we should either get one of these players: 1. Serge Ibaka- 6'10' plays forward and was in the 2008 nba draft. averages 14 points, had 79 blocks last season and 214 rebounds for a season-he can also shoot, block and run... 2. DJ White- 6'9' plays forward and was in the 2008 nba draft. averages 20 points, had 54 blocks and 341 rebounds last season and can shoot,block,good defender and a good stealer. 3. Lamar Odom- i know HE is old but he is a good player and is better then marvin. he can shoot better, play offence better, play defence better and lamar wants to leave lakers.

Marbury wouldnt do anything!! Bibby should be traded i agree on that. we should trade him for a person like aaron brooks for houston or a mo williams for cleveland....but marbury is old and would stuff up the team chemistry....
