  1. On the day of the draft Denver trades Faried/#14 to ATL for #30/2nd round pick in 2019

Trade T.Prince/#34/ 2019 top5 protected 1st round pick to Memphis for #4 and C. Parsons

Trade D.Schröder/D.Bembry and #14 to CHI for #7 and Omer Asik

    3rd:Luka Doncic SG

    4th:Trae Young PG

    7th:Wendell Carter C

    19th:Kevin Huerter SF

    PG:Young/I.Taylor

    SG:Doncic/Dorsey/Huerter

    SF:Baze/Parsons/Huerter

    PF:Collins/Faried/Plumlee

    C:Carter/Faried/Asik

Young and Doncic would definitely feed off of each other whether on or off the ball. Both are good facilitators while being able to create their own shot.

Carter remains one of the most underrated players in the draft. Has a complete game that would mesh with our new back court. He can rebound/rim protect/stretch floor.

Huerter is a deadly shooter with good potential on the defensive side of ball. He would definitely benefit with great looks being 4th or 5th option in the early stages

Collins will reap huge benefits from this new setup with all the looks off of p&r as well as transition ball.

All of a sudden we would have a squad that can go high tempo and attack or play inside-out with very good shooters.

Once the bad contracts come off the books we can really go for assembling one of the better 2nd units in the league.

  2. If we cant swing a notable wing in FA Scott might be the most realistic option to platoon instead of reaching. He is not the best defender but he has good size and can score. The playoffs left a sour taste in our mouth for sure, but he brings offense and familiarity with the scheme. He is much better than what we saw in The playoffs

  3. Well..I didnt know Saric was kept, but its not like Sam Hinkie isnt capable of head scratching moves. As salary goes up salary demands go up. Im thinking it would have been a good move for the future if Saric did find his way in Sac. No one is going to be happy with any SF that we bring at this point anyway.

  4. The most recent trade/Salary dump between Philly and Sacramento likely involved Dario Saric going to SAC. He is not playing this coming season and doesnt want to play for philly.

Insert Dennis Schröder/Mike Scott for Saric and future pick. Its not a secret that the Kings covet Dennis and we were enamored with Saric in last years draft

We get our wing for the future as well as freeing up cap space to sign a guy like Cory Joseph to be #2 behind teague. Joseph has real starting potential if Teague isnt in our long term plans

Between Thabo/Hardaway/Baze/Milsap/Petway/FA we can patchwork the SF position until next season.

  5. I see GS taking on close to half of the remaining salary in order to unload him. He would definitely be worth 7m in our offense. Throw those extra 2nd round picks in the deal.

  6. Too much of an overhaul...Budcox as they like to call them will never go through with it though that is a great lineup is it enough to beat lebron?

Honestly I don't know but I'm leaning towards no

It is an overhaul, but the new players are superior to horf and sap taking away the the questions about good fit. We would not get to the finals with the roster as is.

We improve rebounding/Post offense/defense while improving our mid range game

  7. Trade Horford /Mack/Scott /1st round pick to Portland in a sign and trade for Lamarcus Aldridge. Let Millsap and Carroll walk in order to go for Gasol with a max deal. Use all of our exceptions to fill out the roster

    Teague/Schröder

    Korver/Baze

    THJ/Thabo/Petway

    Aldridge/Brandan Wright

    Gasol/Ajinca/Moose

  8. With the cap set to rise in 16 and 17, couldn't we offer less in the 1st year and compensate for it on the 2nd year If it would normally cost 20 for LA and 11-12 for Tyson Chandler. Couldnt we offer LA 15m this season and 25 next while giving Chandler 9m this season and 11-12 next?

  9. I would definitely want Aldridge, but grabbing another big who can rebound and protect the rim would be highly unlikely. We would have to shed Scott and Mack (6mil) giving us 30 million to work with. Aldridge will cost 20m out of the gate. Would Tyson Chandler take 10m? I sure hope so.we would still have some exceptions at our disposal to fill the roster with

  10. Rim protector/Rebounder= Tyson Chandler/Jordan Hill/Robin Lopez/Alexis Ajinca/Brandan Wright

    Outside shooting= Andrea Bargnani/Chris Kaman/Louis Scola/Brandon Bass

If you could sign 3 to the team who would would u choose.

    Tyson Chandler

    Brandan Bass

    Alexis Ajinca

  11. 12mil is about the most i could give Sap. He developed an outside shot then lost aggressiveness in the post. He tries to move around like a SF but struggles to maintain the level of athleticism through a whole season.

  12. I would definitely take ellis if they both have the same price tag. Ellis could be lethal in this offense with all the open looks he would receive as well as his ability to score effortlessly off the dribble.

His defense is no worse than Kyle Korver and he was serviceable. It would allow Korver to play the 6th man role

  13. Is their a FA pickup that anybody would be happy with? If Ferry overpays he doesnt know what he is doing and he is handicapping the franchise. If he makes it known to the elite players that he is interested and they decline Ferry is in over his head and his days are numbered. All I know is we have been in the playoffs for at least five years in a row and have recently locked down the right coach. We are a legit piece away from being a real scary team, but we cant force anybody to sign here.
