All the negativity...for a second I thought I wandered onto the Falcons' Board by accident.
One game and we're dumping guys already. Stop acting like this was a championship caliber team over the past decade. Give the team some time to gel with the new starters. Let's talk trades after 30 games at least.
One thing I will say is that when JJ is open, he should shoot it, no question. He has a great stroke and should not hesitate. Looked like he was trying not to piss anyone off the other night. Would also like to see Slim get going.

No love for Randy Whitmann? Kevin Willis? Spud Webb? Steve Smith? MOOKIE BLAYLOCK??
Actually, the list is fine for one player per decade, but I would really put Mookie over Deke. And Mook was head and shoulders better than Reef.
Snoop Graham is going to read this and be pretty PO'ed. Well him and Morlon Wiley.

Is there another NBA package out there? Let me know what it is ... League pass is the only one I could find in Cincinnati area.
I meant out of the NFL, MLB, and NCAA packages. NBA League Pass is the only one offered. It is on Cable and Satellite.

I agree Ben Wallace would be awesome, but methinks you be dreamin'.

Quote:Good no trade!
Not sure why this is news about the Hawks, but OK.
Denver can't catch a break.

Quote:Another rookie, guard Salim Stoudamire, averaged 9.6 points while making 46.2 percent of his 3-point attempts in the preseason.
Awesome stuff there. I bet Salim is one of the rookies to watch this year. He's fast, fearless, and streaky. Should be exciting.

Delk for Etan would be OK in my book, but by putting Etan on this team, you're taking away his 4 biggest nights of the year.

Quote:Stojakovic/SAR is an extremely limited forward duo from an athletic standpoint. On a side note, Milwaukee's lineup looks very nice:TJ FordMichael ReddBobby SimmonsAndrew BogutJamaal MagloireVery impressive
I have to agree that Milwaukee's lineup is good. Bogut was nice tonight, but Philly really has no size. Will be iteresting to watch him through the season. Bobby Simmons is a big pickup for them. Sixers are low on depth and their starters can't defend. They may make playoffs, but are far from contenders.

MacGrady - Going to score a lot of points, make a lot of highlights, but not get any rings.

I will be there in 10 hours!

Quote:sorry Nick but zaza, batman, and edwards is a pretty sad frontcout. Puchilla can't do all the work by himself and it seems Batista is just a tough defender and rebounder but no offense. Edwards isn't even worth talking about.
And we need to replace COLLIER? Jason might have been a good guy, but he was a detriment to the frontcourt.

I would say Al had quite a nice game tonight. We MUST hit over 70% from the line this year.

105-100. Magic. Tried to come back. Too little, too late I guess.
-
88-87 HAWKS!!
-
Still 85-84. Just noticed Marvin stunk it up in his 9 minutes. 3 Fouls.
-
85-84. Harrington leading us with 28. Salim getting 4t Q minutes.
-
82-81 Magic after 3. BATTLING BACK!
-
nice to see. Edwards making some noise this game...Nelson just drained a 3. 82-79 Magic.
-
63-48 Magic at the half.
-
47-35 Magic, with 5:51 left in the 2nd. JChill beginning to heat up a bit. Climbing back in it.
-
45-31 Magic. Al with 11.

I'd rather see Nique or Mookie come in and coach. At least Mookie could teach our guards how to play point on both ends.
