finally Billy King has smartened up and realized that we wouldbt get fair value for AI and decided to keep him. Now I can sleep at night.. ..thought salmons was stupid for turning down the $$$ from the raptors/suns, but he ended up in the best situation. he can play the 1,2,3 and will be the backup PG and play alongside Bibby. If Kings can get another C to play D they will be in good shape... ..where will Wilcox, Gooden go?.. ...will the hawks get something back for AL? I say yall should get Harrison and the trade exception. cant hurt to have another big man to hit the boards. not sure how i feel about speedy on the hawks. i mean he is an upgrade over Lue/Ivey, but I hope he doesnt take too much time away from Salim who can stretch the D and open up space for Joe/Josh/Marv ...why did the bulls spend so much on Ben? in 2 years they will regret that and they arent gonna win a title with that team. they should have went after AL harrington and kept chandler in my opinion. ...dont the pistons feel like idiots for dealing Darko and Arroyo for nothing?? they need a backup PG and a C/PF. hmmm...didnt think that deal through.... ...why is JR Smith so under-valued. I was hoping the sixers would make a move for him. he can shoot. Melo and the nuggets need that. hopefully karl plays demarr more too. if kenyon stays and has the right attitude suns/nuggets/clippers/spurs are favorites in the west.

i expect the knicks to trade steph. i think crawford, francis, robinson, frye, butler and malik rose will be kept. everyone else will be available. no way they trade crawford after the way he finished the season. crawford, francis, robinson not a bad start to a backcourt rotation.

noah should leave. with the hype he may go #1. no guarantee next year (Oden, durant, etc.) I cite the scotty thurman/terrance morris factor. they should have left early, went back and got exposed. teams will start picking on Noah for his ugly form on his J/FTs and other things. leave while you're hot!!

I liked him in Maryland and am happy to see him finally getting a chance. He was putting up 15 and 8 for LAC last year when Elton Brand was out. He can play, just needed minutes. He is athletic, can jump out the gym, boards well, and blocks shots. He gets an elbow J and a jump hook and can easily get 20 a game, especially with Ray and Shard out there. You cant double off of them. People were calling him a bust, but he always showed he could play when Brand was out. He just needed to start on a team.

i dont watch the hawks as much as you guys, but i was impressed by some of the hawks while watching my 6ers last night. has josh smith improved his J or was last night an abberation? does marv bring the ball up often? why hasnt chilldress cut his hair yet, he looks like a fool?

am i the only person who thinks rudy gay should NOT be the #1 pick?? what do you guys think about PJ tucker? i see a guy who could bully 2/3s in the L in the post and can get to the rack with his handle. not the best shooter, but that can be worked on. top 10-15 pick in my opinion.

baron davis = steve francis = steph marbury = losing team. messed up is that steve francis actually did try it JVG's way in houston before they traded him. i think steve and yao could have made it work.

boris diaw is the most improved player in the L, but he is not as good as he looks on phoenix. i think i could get 10 on that team. he would not be this good on the hawks. hawks made the right move by giving him up to get joe johnson.. ...forget AI being shafted for the US team, thats obvious and i dont want to argue that with people anymore, but how did 'the hobbit' luke ridenour get an invite. im confused. i can name plenty of PGs better than him (hinrich, dre miller, jason terry, delonte west, jameer nelson.. and more) crazy..... ..pistons need to rest their starters more down the stretch. they have played a lot of games the past 2.5 years and it may catch up to them... announcers need to cut lebron some slack. he gets 30+ pts, 7-8 reb, 7-8 ast, its not his fault that big Z cant defend a wall, and e. snow/damon jones cant hit shots.... ..antonio daniels should be banned from all fantasy leagues after AI crossed him over like that. play of the year.

AI is not our problem. They rip him so hard here on talk radio, it is like they dont even watch how bad the players are playing. (besides CWebb and Iggy) any AI trade would be dumb. # 1 pick (which was Brad Daugherty)for Roy hinson dumb, taking shanw bradley over Penny dumb.

just stating facts. agree to disagree. i just want to see the best players play in the all-star game, and in my opinion 'melo should have been there. i see your points, dont agree, but whatever no big deal. next argument.

i agree with you 100% gonna be hard to trade a ~6' scoring combo guard who is 30+. I wouldnt trade joe johnson for him if i was the hawks. i like some of the hawks players (not josh childress or tyronn lue) and i want to see ya'll team do well. i hope you guys can trade Al for a nice PG (maybe watson, and someone). dont see why everyone is beating up the hawks for taking marvin. he will be better than CP3 in the long run. just need to make couple of more moves (PG, big man or 2) and develop some O for josh smith and you guys will be good.

umm..and that proves??? only players on the hawks i would want in a trade are Joe and Marvin williams. anyone else ya'll can keep. i would take Al, but I doubt he would re-sign with us so it would be a waste.
