Horf is one of my favorite players... He's a professional, but he's creeping on getting a little old... Especially with his injury issues. I still haven't seen him gel with Sap... I know it's early, but I have a little concern.

Yeah I thought about Joe before I said Mutumbo. I thought Mutumbo was a bigger signing. I remember signing Moses Malone.

Deke and Joe is a wash. When We landed Deke, centers ruled the game. He, Hakeem, Ewing, Robinson.... It was a big feather. Deke had some players around him, of course , Mookie and Smitty... Role players like Corbin. JJ went there when there was nothing. It built up eventually, but it's hard to distinguish...

Now to the 2nd part. I am not a Ferry nuthugger but I do see his situation and every GM before him as well as after him. It is what it is man. Players do not wanna come to At and hopefully one day that will change.

Why would trade him when he's playing the best of his career? He's arguably the best shooter in the NBA! That's the point.... Put the ball in the basket.

Horf has had a solid career already, playing out of position the entire time. Well documented.

He's has had his injuries, and I think partly because he's undersized, but working hard. He'll come around. I still believe it's a work in progress with he and Sap getting that cohesion...

The only thing, that bugs me, even after a win... I don't see any chemistry with Horf and Sap. Al had 8 points. They're too much alike. It's not gelling yet. Sap had 30, don't get me wrong... But they're both all-stars, Bud has to figure a way to get them both involved.

As the only Wolves fan on this board...lol at Dennis for Dieng. There is no way that happens. They just signed Rubio to a near max deal and they have a great backup point in Mo Williams. They even have a development guy with lots of upside in Lavine that can play PG/SG.

Melo is one of the best shooters in the league. And he gets the oppositions best defensive player every game. He's good. That said, he chose the money... Okay... I don't blame him. And he's home. I don't blame that either. But he obviously doesn't care about a ring. Phil might build something, but Melo will be way past his prime. It's gonna take Derek Fisher two years to even figure out how to coach.
