  1. Lmao, 6'11? Jeez, trade our forwards.
  2. He may be overlooked, but that is ok. We have 4 PG's who can still play, how many teams have that? With Law, Lue, Speedy and Johnson. I think it is better for AJ to be overlooked. He doesn't need all this extra attention.
  3. Al Horford is a beast, he is someone the Hawks needed to draft. He will take the starting C spot, and make Zaza a back-up.
  4. Hey guys, I'm new here and I would love to get to know all of you. So lets start this off AIM: shakehawks MSN: blackdevil3_22@hotmail.com Yahoo: kmerisanu@yahoo.ca
  5. Quote: Quote: BTW, I'm not trying to spam, I'm just using them to show a cool site. What a coincidence, they're listed as your homepage too! Lol, I'm a Hawks mod there. I'm saying that site is very advanced and a great site.
  6. I would say Josh Smith, Warrick Dunn, or Al Horford.
  7. My personal opinion, maybe find a new host site that takes care off all this. I know a really good one: www.sports2.com They have a really nice Hawks forum and great basketball talk. BTW, I'm not trying to spam, I'm just using them to show a cool site.
  8. I never really expected Yi to be anything more then a 7 footer. He was drafted way to high, and wasn't worth the trouble. However, I can see him getting a lot better. Remember, this is only pre-season.
  9. I gotta go with Al Thorton. With Brand injured, this guy will be a beast. He can do so many things.
  10. Quote: That guy (you?) says Marv should be first off the bench at the PF slot. No. Well, I think he could play it, but he won't. He just isn't strong enough. However, on occasion, if needed, he could play at that spot. Unless Shelden picks up his game.
  11. Last season was a disappointment for the Atlanta Hawks. A 4-1 start added some hope to Hawks fans, but it was slowly put nothing when the Hawks finished with a dismal record of 30-52. Something had to change in Atlanta, or another season would go to nothing. Luck was on the Hawks side. They received the 3rd pick in the 2007 NBA draft. With the Al Harrington trade, they also had the 11th pick in the draft. First on the Hawks draft list was a PF by the name of Al Horford. Al Horford is a good offensive and defensive PF who can run the court. With the 11th pick, the Hawks selected Acie Law. A very good selection, he helped with their PG problem and with Mike Conley Jr. gone, was the only good PG left. With a deep young talent pool set in Atlanta, it was time to see who would play what, and who would start. Source: Sports Two Good read. It breaks down each position.
  12. Lmao, I laughed my ass off when I saw this. He is a true ladies man.
  13. That would suck so bad. He has a bright future, this knee thing isn't a good start. I'm sure he'll make a full recovery.
  14. I think I know a good site. It has a very good Hawks forum, and is very active. It is good this site wants to move forward, I want to help it move forward to.
