  1. At least we get the annual drubbing @ LAL over with early this year...
  2. Maynor? He's a guy who, due to the lack of talent on the mid-major level, pounded the ball 90% of the time. He's not different that Teague.
  3. Joe looks odd with the headband.
  4. Per Sekou's afternoon update... Marvin is in. Mo is out. (Family emergency) Mario may start. (In order to limit Marvin's minutes) I think we'll end up with Marvin starting (to get the chemistry back with the first group), but we may see more Mario tonight that we ever have...and that's a good thing to me!
  5. Hey, don't blame Joe. He's just running the play that Woody called.
  6. Am I the only one who read this piece as a mere suggestion by Sekou? Doesn't seem like a certain thing to me... Speedy brings very little to the table. He can keep sitting. I get a kick out of the suede and crushed velvet blazers he wears occasionally.
  7. Well, at least Miami lost. Indiana had a 10 point lead with 4 minutes left. They proceed to go scoreless for the remainder of the game and Wade's attempt to win the game at the buzzer barely rimmed out. About ****ing time he missed one...
  8. I'd say all three would be considered at least "good" defensive players, but nothing excuses the 4-19 output from those two. Joe can't do everything.
  9. Yeah...this whole "switch everything" strategy is killing us again. Pop knows it, Parker knows it, and they'll keep exploiting it. I hope Woody called that timeout to kill that strategy for the rest of the night. Otherwise, we're boned.
  10. Aldrich with a triple double against Dayton. Unfortunately, he's playing himself way out of our range.
  11. Boston is minus KG, Allen, and Powe...and they smoked Miami in the 1st.
  12. We lose this game and I'll be crying into my Guinness. Sacramento is 0-26 vs. Eastern Conference teams this season. Please don't let us be the 1. I do expect us to come out with our trademarked sluggish start, but there's still no reason for this one to be close in the 2nd half.
  13. I still wish we could be consistent for 48 minutes, but whatever, it's a W over a team on a 12-game streak. Speaking of which...we can't seem to get any help when we get on our streaks. Back when we went on our run during the December homestand, we made up no ground in the standings because Orlando was on their big streak. Now that we're home again and starting to pick up steam, Wade refuses to let Miami go away.
