smhDerrick Rose
Skills, Thrills, and Dolla Billz. D Rose provides all three, he is one of the most talented point guards of this generation, he is one of the most exciting, and he brings the marketability and revenue that is needed for a Franchise to become a Dynasty. Revolutionizing the position through his quickness and speed, Rose is unstoppable on the break and unstoppable when his shot is on which is only bound to get better. And last but not least, he is young and durable which are essential to build a team around and has just recently become the youngest MVP in NBA history.

Well there goes my championship aspirations

Hawks in 71-5 point marginJeff Teague MVP because of how he will defend rondoJosh Smith dissapointment, KG will get into his head, a couple of techs here and there and a lot of jumpers
-
Well, good for you DJ

How can you give the team a B when like you said, Al our all star was down, and we managed to improve our winning percentage from last year. The least I would give the team in general is an A-. I don't remember any games being blow outs like last year as well...

Hahaha what a noob

The one guy I'm afraid of isn't even on the opposing team: it's Josh Smith. Either this guy can play the right way and be the force that we need him to be or he will try to prove the haters wrong. If he doesn't give the ball to Teague like he has in the regular season, I will be extremely pissed.Without Zaza and Horford, if you were being paid to make expert predictions, why would you pick the Hawks? I love the Hawks as much as anyone, but the Celtics should be favored given the circumstances. Josh has been a total disaster against Boston the last couple of years. That can't continue.

I learned how not to trust ESPN after years of experience. They continuelly want to make the "safe" pick to enhance their credibility. No one except guys like Skip Bayless go out on a limb when it comes to picking between two sides. ESPN is no site for fans of underdog teams.

This is what I don't understand in the argument. Won't that promote shooting threes in these type of extremes: if a player shoots 0% on 2 pointers but 1% on three pointers then they "should" shoot three pointers. Well, shouldn't they not be near the outside to begin with if they are such an awful shooter on both areas..........You answered your question with your own following statement. So it's clear that you grasp the point I've made repeatedly about Josh's jumpshooting now tell me, what exactly is it that you are arguing again?

This kid won't back down from anyone. It was not so long ago when he was on the bench, presumed a bad draft pick by many, and rarely ever played under woody. Now all of a sudden this guy won't back down from superstars like Carmelo, CP3, and Blake Griffin. If anything this shows that this kid has heart for the game; people say that Josh gets emotional, well Teague takes it to a new level. I'm loving this new found confidence that has been instilled in Young Jeffrey Jamarcus Teague, A.K.A. Blink!I think that this is significant because it will translate in his play over time, and we might have finally found our all star point guard.

Jeff Teague is fighting Joe for my favorite player!!!!!! Hawks Basketball!!!!!!
-
Aight hold up, lemme go on my phone and call JJ and Josh...
-
In the midst of our so called "star" players, lies young Jeffrey Thomas Teague; I believe if Jeffrey plays up to his potential, we can be unstoppable, he can be our most impactful player.
-
I just really really hope that he doesn't cause future damage to his body by doing this. That would really suck.

I just think that there is this tension between Josh and many members of the team. I don't see that with Horford. I feel like if Josh goes, then alot of guys will step up and improve, like Horford, Teague, and Marvin.

Joe needs to get in there and bang too. 6-8 240 he better park his ass in the paint
-
Mostly because of Josh's and Teague's improvement, and the GOON SQUAD!!! Forgot to mention ZAZA and DUCK!

I'll post my negatives today and get em all out then1. Pass the ball to Jeffrey Teague, he is our pg, you are not and never will be2. Stop trying the be what you are not- you are not a sg you are a pf, play like one3. Stop jawing at refs, they won't change the call and they will just get annoyed of you4. Stop being an asshole to your teammates, they are human and so are you, you are not better than any one of them5. Stop pouting whenever things don't go your way, you are a grown man playing the game you love, stfu and play6. Stop shooting so many jumpers, you are a beast in the post, we don't need any more jumpers in this offense7. Stop trying to make risk passes, again give the ball to Teague or JJ and let them playmake 8. Stop slowing down the offense by getting in the play late, if things aren't going your way stay mindful of your teammatesI think that might be all.....what a relief
Without AL or Zaza...I fear a sweep.
