If you can afford to keep him without signing him to an albatross like contract you keep him. Even if he isn’t in the long term plans, he could be a valuable piece in a trade to get us another superstar.

Seems like we’ve added very good young depth in the front court. Even if Capela doesn’t pan out Collins, Knight, O-gu, and Bruno is still a solid rotation.

I think if John continues to improve, we will resign him at whatever cost it takes. But now that we’ve got a little depth in the front court, there’s no rush to sign him.
