It's amazing how fast DeShawn can go from being considered an elite defender to getting a look at Paul George's ass each time he tries to guard him.

If Kobe doesn't play next season, insurance will pick up 80% of his salary.

This eco-friendly little guy looks like he wants to sell me a 4 night cruise instead of a football game.

Great magic show tonight from our guards. How did they disappear on picks like that? I guess a true magician never reveals his secrets.

I really wish Josh would stop shooting threes..stop shooting threes.. stop shooting threes.. stop shooting threes.. STOP F***ING SHOOTING THREES!

I completely agree, if Al really wants to become elite, he needs to learn from the elite.
Spending one off-season getting hitched and nursing a shoulder injury is fine by me, but using the others to scrimmage against international teams with the Dominican Republic isn't going to take his game to the next level. If he can ever get to the point where he's a threat from both inside and out, watch out.

I think some of you guys are getting way too hammered during the game.
He's a great inside finisher, but that's very different from having your back to the basket and creating your own shot. Josh lacks the proper fluidity in his post moves to be any kind of threat down there. Until he can back his man down without losing his dribble five times, his post game is nothing more than a good laugh to me.

Watching the game wasn't a total loss of my time thanks to DeShawn.

For someone who can't dribble the basketball worth #$%&, Josh does this funny thing where he takes the ball and dribbles it.

You can never rely on Josh to score.. NEVER.

"One of our players ripped Marvin Williams' shirt when the ex-Hawk stopped by Atlanta's shootaround to say hi this morning. Coach Drew gave Marvin a hard time about it."

Was this deal even worth mentioning? lol
-
The article states he can be had for as little as a pick. Do we have enough cap to just take on Blair's payroll without sending a player back? If Ferry can strike a deal for just a second round pick, this is a phenomenal addition.

Well... my day is ruined.

While the Nets certainly want Gordon, sources said acquiring Smith is their higher priority. A trade for Smith would seemingly kill a deal for Gordon, because Humphries is one of the players being discussed with Atlanta. The Nets are willing to give up Humphries and second-year shooting guard MarShon Brooks for Smith. But it almost certainly will take more than a Humphries-Brooks combination to pry Smith away from Atlanta, and one source said the Hawks want Brooklyn's first-round pick. Some scenarios that have been discussed include the Hawks' Anthony Morrow, who played the past two seasons with the Nets, returning to the club. ESPN.com
The Brooklyn Nets are aggressively pursuing a trade for Atlanta Hawks star forward Josh Smith, league sources told ESPN. The two teams are engaged in discussions.
But one source said while "there has been lots of talk, nothing is close yet." As the NBA's Feb. 21 trade deadline nears, Brooklyn is proving to be one of the most active teams in the league. As reported by ESPN.com on Friday, sources said the Nets also are talking with the Charlotte Bobcats about a Kris Humphries-for-Ben Gordon trade. -
As long as we don't have to take on Stuckey. Cannot stand that guy... Has about as low BBIQ and inconsistency as Josh. I doubt Dumars is that dumb to trade away a very promising front court with Drummond and Monroe.
Promising indeed, but I don't see them coexisting. Two very promising centers, only one starting position..
