We only won by three, we didn't blow them out so let's stop the they can't do anything with us stuff , if we get up big tonight then fine but we're not there yet

Let's hope them losing game 1 at hope got them pressing mentally and emotionally game 2.

Giannis will be Giannis, but will he continue to make most of his free throws like in game 1? Will Middleton step up or dissapear again? Can Coach Bud come up with a defensive plan to combat Trae's scoring or playmaking ability?

These are really important questions for the Bucks heading into game 2.

As soon as he mentioned personal shit, I kinda tuned it out. Doesn't really make Smoove look good, imo.

Yep, makes him look even worse because he came out of nowhere just to say it.

Makes him look like a world class a-hole.

Melo is a star in name only at this point.  He's a no defense chucker who is not a winning player.  The last thing we need on this team of impressionable young guys is a malcontent.  That's why Dennis was sent out.  I think the deal was a great trade really for all teams, but I'm good with our side for sure.  Long-term, it's a better situation.  Sheed was at least a true 2-way player and did the things needed to help his team win.

Sheed was also like 29 at the time.

Melo is 34 now. A fat, out of shape 34 year old.

I don't get the Rondo signing. They already have a guy that dishes assists but cant shoot in Lonzo Ball. They must planning on trading Ball, why else would you sign Rondo? LeBron is going to be on the worst shooting team of his career, good luck beating Steph, Klay and KD with a bunch of ball dominant brickers.

Good luck to the Lakers trying to trade Lonzo.

Teams already know that they'd be getting Lavar in a package deal.

He will end his career back in Cleveland.

Maybe a one day deal to retire as a Cav. But I don't see him playing another game in a Cavs uniform.

I remember Lebron completely walking past Dan Gilbert after they eliminated the Celtics in the Eastern Conference Finals.

    They dispise each other.

    Pass on Lavine.

    Pass on Cousins.

What do you think of Jabari Parker(who is a RFA)?

I have a friend who is a Bulls fan(funny due to the whole D.Rose stuff) that thinks that he could still become a superstar despite the 2 knee injuries.

He wants Parker to come home. If you were the Bulls, would you give it a shot?

Thing about Cousins is...as good as his stats are...it doesn’t seem to really translate into winning basketball. I don’t hate your idea, but I also don’t think he’s the leader this team needs.

Cousins is also a headache when he is on a losing team.

Don't think he would want to come here anyways being the Hawks don't have a contending culture established yet.

    *sorry, still early.

And same should go for trades. That is one thing I like about the NFL over the NBA way of operating.

    Meant player trades.

Man I'm messing up big time this morning.

Well guys, it seems like it's going to be a bad day for me lol

The NBA needs to do away with stupid pick protections.

If teams want to move up for a player that they want so badly, then they should actually pay up fully.

Everyone who helped come up with that dumb idea of pick protections needs to be slapped.

I understand the athletic and defensive differences that is why I did not bring them up. We all know Trae is not a great athlete. But I do not think his grit and toughness can be questioned. He gets those foul shots the same way AI did; go into the paint with the trees and get knocked on your ass.

I really love that part of his game more than any other. I am going to cross my fingers he never gets seriously hurt; as I do not see him ever stopping that.

He needs to hit the gym and put on a few pounds over his rookie and sophomore seasons to help a bit.
