I'm not that shcoked. Why? 3 and D guys are becoming hugely valuebale to this league. A solid defender at SF gives you more depth on the perimeter or paint. Plus, DMC is a great shooter and is willing to drive to the basket.

Shame DMC is out. Seems like we have no-one that can guard Bron now unless DMC miracously comes back.

Looking at the deisgn, the cream is probably gone for the real jersey, leaving lime green, red and black as the colours. Thta's a interesting combo for the Hawks IMO, but it could work. That being said, I like the Hawks down the shorts, and the pacman logo's placement. I'm not digging the new logo on the waistband, but I have to see a better version of it before I fully comment on that. All in all, I have a feeling this and the Bucks new set are gonna be the winners of the redesigns this year.

I'm both a raps fan and a Hawks fan. I don't hate The Truth. I love his game. Always have, always will. It's his attitude i don't like. Plus, his shananigans have also made me cringe, particularly the wheelchair. I mean, seriously?

Thanks.. Ross can shoot, especially from 3 (.438 so this year). He also has the ability to drive, but our coach won't let him do it all that much, which i think will hinder his development. The reason why I think Carroll fits the Raps so well is that I believe both would thrive in one anothers systems, and Carroll is Dwayne Caseys kinda guy. Remember that I said I'm from Toronto.. so anytime someone is looking for some info on how Lou is doing, you can get it straight from the source LOL. Will post updates in that thread for ya guys too.

That does seem to be the position that is lacking in the league today... but remember that Ross can play SF as well as SG. Same with Korver. Using Teague and Ross as a back-court would be pretty lethal IMO, and you still would have someone that can shoot from the outside. Thabo would be fine as the Hawks starter, and you'd still have a strong frontcourt. I may be showing a slight bias here, but Ross is better than people make him out to be. Same with Carroll.

Hi guys... new poster here! I'm kinda a generic B-ball fan. I live in To, so I have the utmost respect for the Raptors. However, I always will have a soft side for the Hawks. Now my trade is quite simple: Terrence Ross of the Raptors for Demarre Caroll. This trade makes sense for both sides... as Ross would play SG on the Hawks, his natural position. This also probably moves Korver to the bench, where he will be more effective for the Hawks. For the Raps, Carroll provides D, rebounding and a consistant starter at the 3-spot. I feel Carroll is super-undervalued in this league. Easily the most underrated SF in the league. This trade helps the Raptors out with the blow of losing Demar Derozan. What do you guys think about this trade straight up? Let me know.
