They will go to the playoffs and aren't tanking like the Braves. For an ATL team that is pretty good. If they happen to make a deep playoff run I can only hope they don't choke like the Falcons.
I swore off the Braves for tanking and am done with the Falcons due to the historic choke job in the SB. So the Hawks are the last ATL team I'll,follow for now. If they tank next year or pull a collasal choke job I'm done with ATL sports for good.
What a crappy fan. Sure these ATL teams will kick you in the nuts repeatedly, but once one of them gets over the hump what a day it will be in downtown Atlanta.

Well turns out we did offer for George.... and Butler too. Problem was we offered a bunch of future draft picks the thing was is that they wanted players and we had no contracts to match aside from Baze....
-
Oh great.... I love marginal players that won't do anything to help this team in future years.... f*** you BudCox

Mike Scott traded.... were clearing up space for Chandler... come on Hawks...

PG13 going nowhere thank god..... now I heard through the grape vine Wilson Chandler should be a hawk in about 10 minutes

So the Pistons are shopping literally everyone... with that in mind give me Stanley Johnson for Thabo and a late 1st round pick....

Saw where Lakers said they are trying to get a 2nd for Nick Young. Anyone have interest in him? I still think this team needs an upgrade at the 2 and 3 plus a backup PG.
I'm torn on Swaggy P. I wanna say yeah cause he'd be a nice player off the bench and then I wonder if he could operate in our system

And what this trade means in regards to our potential "big move" trade is that Baze would have to be the guy out the door because otherwise contracts don't matchup with THJ,Prince,or Bembry unless they are side pieces to a big puzzle.

Not exactly. But it's a lot more tough. Kris can reject any trade due to his bird rights. We could trade Thabo, Tim, Prince, Delaney and Scott. The issue is this:
We can take Niang and Young combining Mo Williams's TPE.
http://www.espn.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=zj52rlr
The issue is, this leave us with only 11 players. We could sign Jack and Lamar to fill out the roster. Then cut Niang and Young for Edy and someone else in the D-League.
This would make us:
Dennis/Jack/Young
Bazemore/Bembry/Lamar
PG-13/Dunleavy Jr./Niang
Sap/Ersan/Hump
Dwight/Moose/Edy
So, we still have options. Hump and Moose play both positions so they are interchangeable.
In regards to Jack I wouldn't be surprised to see him back in a Hawks uniform.... Delaney actually hinted at it and it went unnoticed....

Ersan has the ugliest shot with the prettiest result in league history IMO!
Also, @lethalweapon3 has endless pregame thread options now with Ersie!
Man idk Larry Bird and Dion Waiters hold a very tender spot in my heart

Not mad at the deal but I want something more.... I want a set in stone every time we hit the court starting 5 player (Chandler,Gallinari,PG13,Melo,or KCP)

I just want one of them Denver SFs for a 1st or 2.... I mean honestly how hard of a deal is that to make?

All we need is for someone to reset the market because teams I guarantee you are trying to win trades opposed to making them due to the whole Boogie Cousins thing

Ok, I hear you. But I'll counter with this. WAS isn't taking either of them guys considering Otto Porter is about to come off his rookie deal and they'll have to pay him.
I like the idea of getting rid of that contract but maybe another team would fit better in that slot. Maybe HOU since they offered him more this offseason?
They're keying in on a Beverly/Shumpert deal in case you haven't heard. Plus they did get a Lou yesterday

There's a big difference between assessing and actually being engaged in offers. They're probably just seeing what he could bring, hoping to be wowed.
I think it would take A LOT to really get them to listen to something.
THJ,Bembry,Splitter and whatever number of picks they want.....

Wait. Why in the feck would we help WAS? We can get Gallinari/Chandler without their help. C'mon, Views. You're better than that.
I hope most of them Selltics players realize how expendable Dan E. thinks they are. Thomas being all pro-Green is laughable considering the Selltics, if they keep the Nets pick, will be selecting his replacement. Only reason he's there is because he signed a cheap deal in SAC. Once his deal is up he's gone. They're not dumb enough to pay him.
To get rid of the Bazemore contract.... Plus we could get a draft pick or 2 in the process

I've thought about it and honestly Washington and us should be talking heavily... the only thing preventing them from being told in the East is a scorer off the bench and if we sent them THJ or Baze they'd be set.... I mean maybe we could get Denver involved so we could snag Gallinari or Chandler in a 3 team deal and we could send Denver some picks in the process....
-
Well I mean we didn't build new athletic training facilities for better health for our squad for nothing... I'd be alright with gallinari here simply because our team never really has been hit hard with an injury bug.... (exception being 2013-14)

Splitter/Cleveland's 1st for Gallinari or Chandler is not a bad Plan B
I'd even be completely fine with this but can we please just get a sure fire starting SG/SF?!?!? I hate having to wait till tip to see who we got in the starting lineup... Baze,Sef,THJ,Dunleavy enough is enough get a guy and stick with him so we can build continuity in the 2nd unit... I mean damn

That's kind of what the Falcons did when they went and got Julio Jones, but I digress. I really want PG 13. I mean it has to happen after what happened to the Falcons in the Superbowl? The lord will bless us with a star for all our suffering!
25 points.... At some point you just have to demand at least one of these teams to make a move to finally capture a title and it sure as heck isn't the Braves anytime soon.

As for the Hawks depending on the matchup I could see us getting there, but I really want Boston..... if anything in regards to playoffs I want to play Boston and beat those mfers to a pulp.
