Yes, in my annual scoreboard watch, I noticed how great of an all around game he had....we are looking more and more like huge losers in this trade, and we have not even sent Phoenix one draft pick. Sad. Nothing against Joe, but Diaw is playing like comeback player of the year, and we still have two draft picks to give up. I think we are undervaluing Harrington's value. While all three players are servicable (and I loved Jarvis Hayes while he was at GA) I don't think Daniels is a long term solution for Point Guard. If we are going to trade what is shaping up to be our hottest trading commodity, who has plenty of skills and is only 25, I think we can get something more in return.

I feel the Hawks can get a lot more in return for Al than Watson and Lenard for Harrington. Personally, if BK did consider this, I don't even think we would have to include Delk.

I agree...it is obvious it is not about one pick. What this is about is Belkin not spending any money, running the franchise like the Clippers, which equates to "who cares if the team is a winner, so long as I turn a profit". I think the sad thing is that if the JJ trade does not go through, Billy Knight is going to quit. Why would he want to stay around when his legs are being cut from underneath him? Any thoughts?

I LOVE the addition of JJ to the team. I think he will bring leadership and create nightmares defensively, not to mention we are acquiring someone who shot 48% from behind the arc. My only concern is this. The draft picks I can live with, as they are lottery protected. I personally hope we lose them ASAP! (meaning we have arrived). However I really hate giving up Diaw. Now, I know I may get berated for this, but I really think we gave up on him too fast. I think he can develop to be an all around player if the right position is found. From the games I watched, I did see flashes. I just think he plays soft. I think if he plays tougher, he can be a servicable player. But anyways, that is my $.002. GO HAWKS! Now if we can somehow bring in Magloire, Curry, or Chandler....
