That's one way to put it. Hope you made a full recovery.
Now that I'm into the current player stuff, this is getting really annoying. The Sam guy is super arrogant.
Agree on these dudes having tunnel vision of sorts.
They over-use analytics and get too caught up on what they 'think' a player is (I refuse to say 'archetype'). Like, "Wait, all you are is a 3-n-D guy, stop trying to play-make."
And how is Taurean over-rated (which they both agreed on)?
They wouldn’t know an archetype if it bit them in the ass.

You support the Braves??? Didn't they tank?
Ha ha.

I think Shawn Livingston is a terrific backup pg. if he’s like him at all I’m all in. He kills teams with his mid range jumper.

With GS with a dynasty in the making it’s going to be a coupe-few years until they give anyone one else a chance to win it?!. And to build a sound team takes years like GS and it seems that’s the plan. Not tanking just growing pains.

Any chance VC wants to coach?

I do like words, no doubt about it... hehe.
And I suppose this can be taken as a bit abrasive by some... not you, I'm sure :)... but my thing has always been, if word count is a consideration, then maybe it's all for the better for both parties that my posts not get read after all. It's a sacrifice I'm willing to make. :D
And... right?... I was right. I absolutely was right. But "right" about what I over and over and over again claimed to be right about, which is a narrow thing in comparison to the strawmen (plural) laid out that stretched beyond what I actually said.
People do assume to have insight they don't actually have, and it's especially noticeable when we start talking sports or politics.
Many here are quite verbose and it’s not the word count but the content that is clear and concise that’s vital. In my experience the economy of words comes with experience and wisdom. Those who lack both tend to bludgeon us with words that lack clarity and insight.

Agree with our bigs and they will float back and forth depending upon the lineup on the floor. Collins and Spellman will be great for small ball.

The best thing for him is to have Trea Young on the floor when his on the floor. He still might be too slow thou lol
That’s going to take a while but the two of them together have intriguing potential.

Anyone know anything about Vesely? Sounds like a guy we’d take a flier on.

gray mule has only been a fan for 68 years and expects to understand basketball? ha ha, wow.
I am a unc fan and didn't understand why anderson went so late in the draft. he is really athletic, good size and could shoot the hell out of the 3 in college (i guess mostly for one year). here is an article on him

Love his athleticism. Similar to the guys GS brings off the bench. Nice pick up

Gotta think the coach is glad to have him given they have experience together. Help with the culture. Seems like a hustle guy who will set the bar high.

At least Sheed played one game for us?

What’s the psychological impact on our players if we do this deal? Seems it would not send a good message.

I question selling our second round pick this year cuz there were guys available who could be serviceable especially if he leaves.

Malcolm Delaney has received a lucrative offer from the Turkish club, one that might finally bring him back to Europe. ????

I’d rather have a guy like Lin mentor Trae than a guy like Dennis. And I’m not even a Lin fan but I think he’s super smart and has done the most he can with the least amount of talent overall. He just finds ways and has an incredible work habit.
Dennis must be done soon. @DS17Fanboy ur thoughts?
Think that’s a fair point. Dennis’s attitude is not good for Trae. So he’ll be a mentor backup

Horford's impact is belittled when the likes of Tristan Thompson are abusing him on the boards. Time and time again I've watched the Hawks and now the Celtics struggle to get a bucket and Horford can't do anything to change that. I'm not saying he sucks, but the stats in key games speak for themselves. He's the best role player a role player can be, not a superstar.
Well said. He disappears at time. Not a superstar

People that don’t follow the herd, ie traditional way of doing things, often look crazy......but to some degree the establishment of the NBA has become crazy. He’s set a new bar.
