No but I’m excited. I think we all quite excited. As Burd pointed out before on a post, we haven’t had a DM type in a while, if ever. JJ had the O but not the D, Smitty the same, Augmon the opposite, ya I don’t remember this type of a player for us.

I’d like to add that DM’s D also unleashes Hunter and Big O’s D’s..  (that’s a lotta D) AND CAP How could I forget Ah Capela, yes unleashes his too.

We have last year’s 3rd and 4th highest assist average guys in THE ENTIRE LEAGUE in Trae and DM respectively.

It would be the equivalent of a Gary Payton/Jason Kidd type backcourt. Both are electrifying playmakers while being able to put it in the hole themselves whenever they please.

matching offer sheet is a significantly smaller contract than resigning him with a birds right max. I think ayton could've gotten 5/177 + all-nba provision that trae got.

before lbj and wade teamed up they were both extremely high usage guys, and only dropped a few % after they got together.  Generational talents can figure it out, if trae is one.

can JC not be traded again if spurs acquire him? it seems silly for SAS to be held up on JC when he can easily be flipped for more FRP if that's what they're after.

okafor's rookie reason was better than any of eddy curry's except 06-07. if you want to talk about bad defense/reb, curry was even worse. okafor probably would've put up a couple 20ppg seasons if it weren't for embiid getting drafted onto the same team.

dermarr's draft class was pretty much the worst in league history, doesn't feel nearly as bad in hindsight.
