Toppin gotta be it.

Don’t know anything about Williams, but taking a guy who didn’t start FSU is strange.
-
Hoping for a trade down if Toppin isn’t there at 6.

Atlanta is focused on Sconnie Penn with the No. 6 pick, sources tell ESPN.
He’s simply a scorer. He just gets buckets!

Wiseman makes too much sense for GSW.

Makes sense. He’s the best player in the class.

I think Wolves are looking for a trade big time. Will be content with whatever happens if they can’t trade down.

I still think GS is going to trip all over themselves to move down. If i'm minny i'd still take him at #1. He seems like the best fit of any of the top 3 guys there.
For a long time I’ve thought Edwards was the best in this class and should be the top pick. Minnesota has a long history of messing up and getting the wrong guy. I could see them going Wiseman or something stupid still.

If Edwards gets past Golden State I would move whatever the Hawks can and slide up to 3. I don’t know if either scenario is realistic though.

Yo @Alex...been awhile, how's the kiddo?
Long time @JayBirdHawk. She is doing really well. Going to be 4 in three weeks! She does very in “school” as we call it. It’s daycare, but all of her teachers there say how smart she is all the time. This has gone back awhile so it’s wonderful to hear good things about her from people who know what they are talking about. Sooner than later we need to decide where she is going to actual school. She will either go into kindergarten next year or 2022. I am leaning towards next, though. I love her imagination more than anything else though.
Still no siblings for her unfortunately and we aren’t getting any younger either. Seem to have identified a cause and are looking into what we can do to correct it. She wants to be a big sister so badly.- 2

Consensus #28 final pick:
Cassius Winston
He can be our Lou Will! Doin it for @Alex and the Spartans! Alex I believe in this kid like Mateen Cleaves!Cassius will probably go down as my all time favorite Spartan. He played with a heavy heart his last season and was rounding into form at the end of the year. It would have been a special run for him and his team. I am convinced they were winning it all.

Looking to add a Spartan on the polls for the 22nd pick. It’s between Tillman and Winston. I like Winston a bit better. Tillman looks like a broke man’s Draymond. I don’t love him.
@Alex which Spartan should go higher overall, or at least for our roster? Hope you’ve been good my man.
Been offline for a long time, my good man. Not sure if you still need or want anything from me.

Serious question. Has Amare played in the NBA in like the last two seasons?

Minnesota has no assets or salary cap space. I can’t see how they end up with nut puncher.

You do realize that no one wanted Dedmon before he came to the Hawks? The Hawks helped him develop his three point shot. So that bargain shopping, as you call it, worked out well for Dedmon. Why will it not work out well for other signees?
Yeah Dedmon got better and then he left. Hawks didn’t or couldn’t keep up with his contract demands.

I don’t mind the signing. It’s sad like everything else Schlenk seems to do. I don’t see the fit necessarily. Parker isn’t terrible. Just has no defense.

Avery Bradley prior to his injury troubles was one of the better two way guards in there league. He’s worth a gamble for sure.

Quinn Cook 2 for 6 million is a very good signing. Not sure why Golden State couldn’t keep him around.
