  1. He's not a good backup, but he's better than Mottola or Strickland or Simpkins or whatever CBA scrub Babcock brought in.
  2. Maybe this one might be competitive - yeah RIGHT! Instead of winning by 50, USA will win by 35! LOL
  3. Did you see Duckett's TD run up the middle!? That was awesome, ran in with like 7 Bengals trying to take him down. Man, I can't wait for the Chicago game. The Dome is going to be PACKED and ready to pounce on the Bears after that embarassing game from last season.
  4. 1. Shaq 2. Zo 3. Vlade 4. Miller 5. Mutombo 6. Lafrentz 7. Olowokandi 8. Ratliff 9. Campbell 10. Nesterovic This is definately the toughest position to rank. Ming might crack Top 10 in a few months.
  5. 1. Pierce 2. Rose 3. Marion 4. Mashburn 5. Jordan 6. Odom 7. Stojakovic 8. Robinson 9. Lewis 10. Sprewell Gasol is NOT a SF, he can't handle the ball at all and can't shoot and NO perimeter defense. While, some guys like Dirk and Pierce and Rose can play 2 positions..... Gasol is STRICTLY PF (and center against scrubs). Also guys who I left off are Jefferson, Battier, Miller, Wally and Harrington.
  6. Can't help you, but why did Williams get cut? He's the black one right? I think I know who you're talking about, he was one of the better punters... or better tackling punters LOL. I remember him giving a punt returner a minor injury in one return. Heh.
  7. 1. Kidd 2. Davis 3. Francis 4. GP 5. Miller There are a bunch of second-tier guards but they don't deserve to be mentioned with the league's elite PGs like the 5 above.
  8. LMAO, Collins a Top 10 QB. Yeah right, NICE TRY.
  9. That's weird, I think Walker is under-rated. Quick, has GREAT range when "its" on. Good handling (despite what stats say) and has actually (co)-lead his team deep in the playoffs. Anyone saw how he just took the team on his back in that great comeback game against NJ? Pierce was totally off that series, and Walker carried the load for the most part. And no way is Shareef better than Webber or Dirk. Dirk is so [censored] versatile, it isn't funny, that and his handling and his range puts him over SAR even with his bad defense. And Webber, while he isn't as great as he thinks he is and is [censored] in clutch situations, he's still a great forward overall.
  10. I agree with JT not getting his extension until he shows he can do what he did in the 2nd half of last year for a full season + postseason. If we try to get a bargain on him and extend him now, and he doesn't produce like he did last half season at PG, then we're screwed with another bad contract whose a undersize SG with not much trade value. And everyone knows we got too many bad contracts.
  11. 1. Duncan 2. Garnett 3. Webber 4. Malone 5. Walker 6. Nowitzki 7. Brand 8. RWallace 9. Shareef 10. JO'neal/BWallace *TIE*
  12. Willis over Kemp. Kemp's a distraction, and I think I read that one of the reasons Kemp gave up all that money is because he wants to play for a Eastern contender where he can play good minutes. Good minutes, won't get that in Atlanta with Theo and Reef and Mohammed.
  13. What's the only city to win a championship in all 4 major leagues? MLB, NFL, NHL, and NBA. I don't know the answer, just wanted to know if any city has.
  14. I thought Andersen was from like Australia or Europe, not Canada. I haven't heard anything......
  15. Got a fantasy draft on Yahoo coming up and need some advice pre-ranking players. QUARTERBACK RANKINGS KURT WARNER JEFF GARCIA PEYTON MANNING DONOVAN MCNABB DAUNTE CULPEPPER BRETT FAVRE AARON BROOKS RICH GANNON DREW BLEDSOE MICHAEL VICK RUNNING BACK RANKINGS MARSHALL FAULK AHMAN GREEN SHAUN ALEXANDER CURTIS MARTIN EDGERRIN JAMES RICKY WILLIAMS COREY DILLON LADANIAN TOMLINSON PRIEST HOLMES EDDIE GEORGE WIDE RECEIVER RANKINGS MARVIN HARRISON RANDY MOSS TERRELL OWENS ROD SMITH DAVID BOSTON TORRY HOLT JOE HORN JIMMY SMITH DARRELL JACKSON ISAAC BRUCE
  16. I like to watch it, but I still haven't found out what time it comes on. I don't think I could sit there and watch it for 2 hourse like I can with basketball and football, but it hasn't gotten old to me... yet.
  17. and follow what he does. Blank = successful (thus far) 1. Lower ticket prices 2. Lower ticket prices 3. Lower ticket prices Wouldn't it be nice to see a near-full Philips Arena? Blank lowered tickets, and now freaking pre-season Falcon games are almost selling out.
  18. Defense looked great in Game 2, getting some 5 turnovers in the 1st half. (2 off special teams)
  19. Who would they want to get rid of? Maybe Rooks. Their only weakness is perimeter shooting but Q can shoot and Lamar can and Piatkowski has good range.
  20. Too deep? That makes no sense, maybe a little sense, they'll probably trade Wilcox if they get Brand and Kandi re-signed. But if Brand or/and Olowokandi don't re-sign, they gotta keep Ely and Wilcox.
  21. I wouldn't trade JT/Nazr/Pick for Ray. We give up a guy who can score just as well as Allen but is better at creating his own shot, and we give up a capable big man off the bench AND we give up a draft pick which we don't have many as is? Don't think so.
  22. He looked real good, while Dunn did not. But Dan-o needs to put in more passing plays. I don't think Finneran caught a ball, and Jackson wasn't given a chance to do anything big. O-Line looked improve, Atlanta didn't allow a sack all game.
  23. Yeah, Vick looked okay. Duckett looked great out there breaking some tackles on a few big gains. Crumpler should be the #1 TE and not Kelly, more upside and did you see that TE? NICE. Defense looked sorry but lots of key guys didn't play.
