  1. Some people who follow you are thinking that you'd at least return the favor and follow them as well. Or they do it just because maybe there are bots that look through every one's group of followers and follows them too? It's gotta be something like that...

  2. I agree Jeff Teague is looking like a real player in this league (it's still a bit early). Thing is - Bibby fits so well with our starting lineup. Bibby comes and goes sometimes on the spot up threes - but he is generally pretty good. He's not at all afraid to shoot them and will hit them in volume when he's hot. On a really good night Bibby can hit 6 for 8 on you if you aren't careful. That's 18 points. Plus Bibby is savvy (if not fast) on the break. He knows when to toss Smoove an alley-oop for a thunder dunk. Smoove returns the favor by scaring the little guys away from the lane. It's kind of a symbiotic relationship.

Yeah... I notice that as well. Good points. I think Teague is a very good matchup with Crawford as well. He and Crawf, along with Evans, helps make our second unit one of the fastest in the league and will wear down a lot of starting lineups / benches if they decide to run on us.

  3. There's no point for him to start if we are winning with him coming off the bench. People need to understand that the only way Bibby gets points is by being a spot up shooter, so he has to be in with the starting unit at all times because that is when he can get open looks. Teague and Crawford coming off the bench could be a great duo so there is no point in starting Teague right now.

I don't know if you read it wrong or not, but I referred to 'next year' with that comment.

  4. I'm very impressed with Jeff Teague. And I'm also impressed with Woodson's minutes distribution between Teague and Bibby. I think Teague has all the tools to be a great PG in this league. Next year, I would be disappointed if we did not see a noticeable increase of minutes and a slightly higher role. I think mid-season next year, he will be ready to start... what do you guys think?

  5. Wasn't that why we brought him in Atlanta in the first place? To deal with the sudden influx of bigs in the East? I heard so much about him being needed when we'd face the likes of Howard, Shaq, Perkins, etc. I did not see him once tonight. Are we really paying someone over $1 million for no reason? I like your other moves, Sund, but this one just sucked. I'd rather have kept Mario West than to sign some bench fodder like Collins. At least West could play D.

  6. It's the same old Hawks!!! Oh but that was our only loss at home this year! I thought the home crowd is supposed to give players energy? I see NO ONE playing with energy on this team. After the second half, Woodson must have fed the team some turkey because this is definitely not a playoff contending team. We are NOT perimeter shooters. There's a reason why we are league leaders in points scored in the paint. When we just toss that away we are just a mediocre team. Sure Dwight Howard is a game changer, but is that what this team really boilds down to? A bunch of players who will just keep clearing every one out and playing one vs. one basketball? Pathetic. Woodson sucks as a coach. He is a fluke. This kind of performance is inexcusable. happy thanksgiving, hawks fans.

i like how we're getting owned by no bodies... jj redick, anthony johnson, LMAO
