This Wizards hype is no surprise to me. The Sporting News had them ranked #3 in the league (not the conference, IN THE LEAGUE. Behind the Celtics and Lakers. What a joke.) People really believe that last year was a fluke and that they're going to be better when they come back healthy. Like that's going to last, they'd still be injury prone. The Wiz are a decent team when healthy, but not top 10. These sportswriters are really drinking the kool-aid when it comes to the Wizards. As far as our ranking is concerned...meh. We're always underrated, that's no surprise.

Their offense is basically the same as the Hawks. When they get in trouble or it's a close game, they run Iso LeBron continuously like we run Iso Joe. The only reason that the Cavs get away with it is because they have LeBron James. The thing is, if the Magic continue to do this i.e. make the Cavs into a jumpshooting team and force LeBron to have to win the game by himself, the Magic may actually win this series.

Just imagine that x5 for soccer games.

The game is gonna be moved to another date. If the Capitals and Penguins (arguably the most prestigious series that they've had in YEARS; that's basically their Magic v. Bird with Ovechkin v. Crosby) had to play a back-to-back because YANNI had a date scheduled in one of those arenas, then this game is going to be moved. Vince McMahon is gonna get his way with this situation.

Sam Mitchell would be WORSE than Woodson. If keeping Woodson another year is like taking a step back, then firing Woodson and hiring Mitchell would be like taking a giant leap backwards.

Exactamundo. Lord knows that I try to take every potshot that I can at the Celtics (such as KG STILL talking junk from the sidelines...my god, what a douche.), but Big Baby didn't do anything that should warrant a lawsuit. Like someone said, if someone the size of Baby really pushed someone the size of that kid, that kid would've been pushed all the way BACK to Boston. This is basically the dad trying to get attention.

Hockey can work in this town...it's basically the same as the other sports in this town; If they win, people will come. When they won the division a few years ago and hosted those 2 playoff games, that was honestly the LOUDEST that Phillips Arena has been for a sporting event. They're getting better since Waddell finally got smart and decided to build a younger team around Kovalchuk, rather than trying to bring the b-list of the NHL to surround Kovalchuk. If they continue that, then they're going to be the Blackhawks of the east. But still, some of the decisions that Waddell made as GM + the Thrashers current ownership = one messed up franchise as of now. Still not moving, though. Snowball's chance in hell of that happening.

I agree with AHF; there is nothing I hate more than when a New York team in baseball basically goes out and buys pretty much any all-star that they want. I hope that LeBron stays in Cleveland for that reason alone. Plus, it'd be hilarious to see all the New Yorkers and mainstream media with egg on their face when LeBron decides to stay in Cleveland.
