Clint, Huerter, JC, Dunn, and 2 firsts. Warriors get much deeper. Get a veteran DPOY caliber big. Scoring depth with Huerter and JC. A backup PG with Dunn. That team could compete out West. You still have longevity as all those guys are relatively young.
It would be a risky trade and could completely disrupt chemistry. However, Wiseman really could be that good. He’d definitely improve offensively immediately playing with Trae.

I got some folks mad at my on twitter for saying it but I dgaf. I'm glad she's gone. Our injuries were through the roof this season under her. We kept seeing guys get hurt, just get rest and then finally need to have surgery anyways. Now we have OO he tore this in May and he's just NOW got surgery for it.
That is terrible from the team trainer.
I mentioned this in another thread. For us to take the most conservative recovery approach I’ve ever seen all of our young guys STAYED hurt. It was very perplexing.

But seriously like a 2010 Jamal Crawford or a ..what are we callin it .. put it in the hole 🕳 guy?
Nah more like a Ricky Rubio or Lonzo ball. I think we can bet on one of Bogi, Huerter, or Cam (whichever one ends up coming off the bench next year) to take on the scorers role.
EDIT: I don’t mean those guys specifically but we need another true PG on the roster.

We have one of the most talented 2nd units in the league. We need a playmaker who can make it all work when Trae is out.

I think he’s gonna bust. Lol. Ok not bust but I’m not enamored.
I mean I get it..I knew nothing about him until last night.
However 7 ft with guard skills and the defensive talent. Ton of positional versatility. Undersized weight wise but only 19 and could realistically gain 35-40 lbs over the next 3-5 years.

Reading about Evan Mobley…why can’t cats like this be available at 3 when we draft ? Don’t get it twisted..I have and always will support Trae. However, you can’t read about this guy and not envision everything the NBA hoped Giannis would develop into.

This will be the John Collins legend game.
Bucks won't know how to guard us, with Trae out.
Kris Dunn might even get to play . . or even START tonight.
Dawg…if we somehow pull this out..we winning a chip

We are winning tonight. I believe so much that I even had the confidence to ask for extra gravy at the Jamaican spot.
Oh you were feeling yourself today for sure

One of the predraft articles I found said this:
Is this something that you're referring to? I mean if this is the case, then I can see it being a problem. Not just this but just having his identity wrapped up into if he's the man with the ball. People applauded his 4th qtr game three. What I saw was a guy who took every shot that he could and forced up some shots. When he played with the starters, he didn't get any shots and you couldn't tell that he was out there.
That’s a very small part but there have been articles posted around here explaining his inconsistency as confidence related or him being too hard on himself or mentally checking out. I don’t remember all the ideas expressed verbatim, but the running theme of the ones I’m talking about is Cam is limited only by the space between his ears.

Where are you getting this from?
My opinion based on the handful of articles regarding his confidence etc.

When Trae hurt his ankle, it felt like the season was over. Either way..great run.
On a side note: Is it time to consider firing Emorys ass ? I don’t think I’ve ever seen this many injuries on a Hawks team ever

I don’t know…last thing we need is a player with the emotionally fragile label to blow it big in the playoffs and have it haunt him the rest of his career

If Golden State is giving up Wiseman, the Hawks should be Listening.

This idea that we hold on to all are guys is ridiculous. We can’t pay them all.
