WTF?? i dont see how this makes any sense. Bibby is clearly our best PG..he has more experience than Acie and is proven. idk how u can think Law is a starter in this league when he hardly plays. when he does play, he looks fine out there which is why I think Acie should see more playing time yes, but for him to start, no.

And Bibby does not play like a 2 just because he shoots a lot of jumpers. so what about Calderon and Billups, do that play like 2 guards too?? sure they average more assist but Bibby assist went down since JSmooth went down. Bibby had 10 assist last night and with JSmooth back, i think he will continue to rack up assist because he throws a lot of lobs to him.

If u think it will be a little bit fair for Bibby to come off the bench to Acie Law, then you're not thinking much. we are winning games and Bibby is playing well, why make changes?? If it aint broke, then dont fix it..ever heard that before?? lol

what happens next year? It's not about today for me. Knowing that Bibby will not sign here, I see no need to give him all the playing time at the point. Acie is the future and I want the future to start now.

Makes so much sense that I know it'll never happen. This would really help Acie grow into his role. Seeing how Bibby plays like a 2 (he only shoots jumpers) wouldn't it make sense to bring him in for Joe at the 2 and let him play with Joe at the point from the late 3rd to middle of the 4th?

Look Woodson's coaching ability/performance is surely a viable topic on this board. Having said that however if you use a poll using Intramurial as the lower rung and NBADL as the middle ground that doesn't facilitate a legitimate discussion.

Man we have a bunch of Zaza haters here today. It's a love/hate thing with me. I love the man when he's rebounding. I hate him when he's playing lazy. He just needs to work on his offense and he'll be great this year. If he can average 5 pts. and double digits rebounds, then he should get 6th man of the year consideration.

Maybe Acie just isn't talented enough or consistent enough to be a starter? Or maybe, if he is, he's like Steve Nash who was also not as athletic but very skilled and took a little while to develop.

I don't blame Woody for not playing a guy who doesn't give his team the best chance to win. I think Woody is a bad coach, but not because of that.

Vince Carter is an emotional player and you can get in his head, and so is Paul Pierce...however, if you let them feel comfortable and get into a rhythm, then it can be a long night.. Atlanta's defense is just too soft right now, and we are having a tough time keeping up with them when they feel they can drive down the lane...

Remember last year's playoff series with Boston when Joe Johnson adminstered a hard foul to Pierce..it set a tone in the series and Pierce wasn't as effective..

Vince has been killing our soft defense for years since 2000... and we just give him TOO MUCH RESPECT...

Just seems a little silly to think that Woody doesn’t know this. Poor man had to have known. There's only so much a coach can do. Woody can coach defense but if the Hawks don't have the players to execute it then what? We need a big man that plays big and a more athletic guard off the bench to play the Nets.
