  1. I'm not bashing people but if you are really mad with the Hawks than your just not a real fan. We are 11-4 on the season, one of the best starts we have ever had. Yea, that game made me mad but, you can't win them all. Plus, we might actually learn from this. All the people that are just really mad about the Hawks either need to just relax or stop following the team. It's a long season and we are still one of the best teams in the NBA. Just calm down.
  2. I wish you were completely wrong, but your actually right.
  3. Teague needs to get some consistent playing time. You can't be really good if you don't play in a game. Has anyone heard of the status on Bibby's ankle?
  4. I'm watching the game right now and they just said that Bibby is out with a ankle sprain. I don't know if this only for one game but, we'll see what this team is made of.
  5. Slow start for sure, Horford already has 2 fouls. If the Hawks can just ride out this hot streak by the Hornets, we will be in good shape.
  6. This if anything is a trap game. We got Orlando coming after this but I think we can pull it out. We got the usual suspects for our starting five. Hopefully we can be a force on the inside again.
  7. True, but I think adding Crawford was the best.
  8. So, I think it's safe to say that most of us know the Hawks have done well this off-season but I think the need for a vet big is still our main mission. So I am going to show you all the stats for each of these guys and hopefully we all can debate who is the best fit for the Hawks. First is Joe Smith, the Center/Forward played for the Thunder and Cavs last season and helped Lebron and Co. to the Eastern Conference Finals. STATS Regular Season Games - 57 PPG- 6.6 MPG- 19.3 RPG- 4.6 FG%- .468 FT%- .720 Experience- 13 year vet. 26 Career playoff games. Next, We have Bruce Bowen. His contract was bought out by the Bucks and although he has some character problems, he might fit into the Hawks. RSG- 80 PPG- 2.7 MPG- 18.9 RPG- 1.8 FG%- .422 FT%- .538 Experience- Three Titles with the Spurs Lastly we have Ben Wallace, who was considering retirement. RSG- 56 PPG- 2.9 MPG- 23.5 RPG- 6.5 FG%- .445 FT%- .442 Experience- With pistons when they were amazing. So who do you think we should get?
  9. Chuck Norris would get an unanimous vote...... I would take Marvin any day over that other UNC guy.
  10. This is what I think of reporters dissing the Hawks.... FAIL Why must they keep dissing us?
  11. I'm curious as to how many minutes Crawford will get compared to Bibby and if he is really a 50 point scorer with us?
  12. Andersen didn't want to play for the Hawks with the re-signing of Zaza. That's how he even started his interest in the Hawks. This is a win-win for the Hawks in my opinion.
  13. I say offer Andersen another contract and try to work it out with him. I am sure he will reconsider if he gets a better contract. He would be a very interesting role player at PF and maybe trade Childress to the Bucks for Gradzuric. That would be amazing.
  14. Yes, there were hardly no major changes except for the Crawford trade but you have to remember that the natural growth of the younger players will allow the Hawks to be better next year.
