That's the problem/question with our offseason. Have we done enough to stay in contention? Have we done enough to take the next step or will we see a 1st/2nd round playoff exit once more?

Sy needs a ton of work, IMO. I really dont see why people are amped over him. The only thing that gets me remotely excited about the guy is that he can run the point at 6'7'' pretty effectively and isn't afraid to go to the rim. Besides that, his outside game is subpar, and he plays way too over-anxiously. Send him back across seas and let him develop some more. I'd take him over Gladyr at this point, but that's just because we drafted JC2. Speaking of JC2, dude is a beastie. He's going to light the league up. He's got the basketball intelligence of a well-seasoned vet, and his stroke is effortless. I like his game a lot. Teague is only going to get better the more he plays. I'm extremely upset that he didnt get much playing time last year, because he and the team really could have benefit from it this year. My gripes about him include cutting down on turnovers and playing some stronger defense. It's summer league though so I'll give him a pass on the defense thing. Aminu should make the team, point blank.

I understand what you're saying, but last year Jamal played at the 1 when bibby came out last year. Im figuring if Joe is sitting, a Jamal and Jordan combo at 1 & 2 would be too good for LD to pass up on as far as scoring goes. Jordan has way too much talent for him to be rotting on the bench all season.

You cant blame that on Carmelo. He balls out every game and requires special attention from opposing defenses. Denver just has bad team chemistry. I like Denver a lot, but it's like somebody put together a team of misfits that can all play basketball. The thing with that though is when something goes wrong, everybody goes into f that mode.

Yes, I am very excited for both Teague and Crawford. If we know anything about this offseason it's that both of them will see a substantial amount of playing time. I mean we dont look to be signing anybody else of significance so they're going to have to play, which is fine by me because both of them have a ton of talent. Something Mike Woodson NEVER did was develop his young guys. Teague and Crawford will have more than ample time to showcase their skills with LD running the show.
