I thought we had no chance, but with Cam and Clint playing we got a shot. Delon needs to finally have a good game.
Delon needs to be aggressive more than anything. He's been way too hesitant this year compared to years past.

I have a feeling that Knicks' fans will hang their season on this game if they win, with a majority of our main rotation players out. I don't like making excuses very much, but just look at the guys that are out for us.
-
Should we bring back Kris Dunn for another go around?

This is crazy that they're making Kevin drive from New York to Atlanta. That's a 13 hour drive nonstop. They should've gotten all the COVID guys on private jet back to Atlanta.
-
The only way they postpone this game is if we have less than 8 active bodies. At this moment, we are staring at 7, not including Cam or Delon even though they are listed as probable.

COVID hit us at the worst possible time.

Travis needs to get on the phones. We need G-Leaguers to step in ASAP. Preferably another PG and a wing.

And if we replace TLC with Bogi, we probably win. Next comment.
Or Cam. I think Cam was still injured when that game occurred.

Hopefully he can be back after the new year. We've got to start building chemistry soon with our main guys so we can go on a real run.

One last comment. Cam Reddish cooked Thybulle. That shocked me.
2nd Team All Defensive player too. Has Cam arrived?

Who knew Big O can throw a lob from the 3 point line. He was so impressive. He easily defends the pick and roll and is an amazing weakside shot blocker. Without a deep post, Embiid couldn't do anything with him. Not sure there is a big in the league that can move laterally like he can. Looks really confident and is comfortable in the offense, pointing where players should be. He is a gem and is just scratching the surface of his potential.
I would argue that he's reaching Bam Adebayo's level on defense, minus the fouling. Let's see him keep this up!

This was probably my favorite win of the year. Right up there with opening night. Mays, Cam, and OO were difference makers, and I'm hoping the coaching staff is taking notice.

Let Mays run the offense.

Are you trying to win this game? He won't help you tonight.

Best basketball Delon has ever played for the Hawks, has occurred in this 3rd quarter. Way to run the team.
So Nate will have an excuse to not play Jalen Johnson.
Jalen isn't ready.

Why is #24 playing so many minutes???
His defense has been solid tonight. He shouldn't have any offensive responsibility though.

Damn it, I hope Cam is ok.

I know we all don't like Delon, but can we all acknowledge that he's playing way better in this game?

The ball needs to be in Cam's hands a lot more. He's feeling it and making the right decisions.

Cam is breaking down their defense every time he attacks the paint.

I'm really trying to pick Nate's brain in playing Wright 35+ mins under any circumstance.
He's our best PG out there unfortunately.

Nate's going small against one of the biggest team in the league and they are currently tearing us a new one.
Put Jalen Johnson in the game. At least he can just stand there and defend.
That lead was lost when he was on the court. He's not ready other than spot minutes.

Hopefully Cam and Delon don't have any lingering affects from their sprained ankles.
