They shouldn't. That part is true. That doesn't mean they won't.

I'm going to be real with you, any GM who would make that trade is a dumbass. You're going to be locking up ~$102 million per season into 3 players leaving you with a little avenue to improve the roster around them. Harris isn't that guy to justify doing that.

  2. Honestly, taking an objective look at this deal (assuming that this is the only major move made at the deadline), it clearly gives more opportunity to Dre, Kevin, and Bogi to step up and produce more.

Too many cooks in the kitchen may have been a hinderance to some of our guys, and at least this move clears up more opportunity for guys on the team. Call it addition by subtraction (although I wish we could’ve at least gotten a top-10 protected pick).

  3. One thing I'll say is that I really envy the Miami Heat's scouting department. They've been able to find diamonds in the rough in 2nd round picks and undrafted free agents like Max Strus, Gabe Vincent, Duncan Robinson, Omer Yurtseven, Caleb Martin, etc. Excluding Duncan Robinson's contract, all of their contracts combined is less than ~$5 million.

This is some aggravating shit right here!….Schlenk need to put his foot down and demand Collins is featured in more offensive plays to give him more scoring options.

JC has earned the 2nd best player title on the team as it currently stands and he has improved even more efficiently and on defense…..give the man his damn shots! It may actually help us if he’s featured like the 2nd scorer.

I agree. Nate should expand the play book to feature Collins more. And I'm not just talking about more post ups for John.

A straight up trade of Green and Hill puts us into luxury tax, can't see us going over for Green.

We can offer Lou but then I think that puts Denver into LT or very close to it.

Even if we were to trade for him, those aren't realistic trades for Denver. Jeff Green has played a really important role for Denver ever since MPJ went down. His value is much higher than that of Lou Williams or Solomon Hill.

  6. The answer is no. He really needs to improve his shot creation ability. Too many times he gets pushed out of position when he gets touches in the post, and he really doesn't have any off the dribble shot creation ability yet. I think if he gets better in one of those 2 areas, he can raise the ceiling of this team.
