We would be the team to find a way to shoot worse from three than the Lakers.

JC is disappointing
He's still been effective outside of the foul trouble.

These refs are pathetic. Who's homecourt is this?

Flashiness is good at first,
but then there must be substance.
Westbrook no longer sells tickets.
People stopped paying to see Harden.
Know your history Ressler...
We're years away from Trae not being box office.

It's time for Nate to go.. Our offense is a series of everybody going one on one.
There's such a lack of purpose in the movement off the ball. I don't how things haven't evolved this far into the season.

Does Trae always have to get the ball every time we get a defensive rebound? JJ can push the ball in transition but Trae keeps looking bring it up himself.
(To be clear this isn't close to being one of our biggest problems)

I can't stand Kaminsky being on the court. His feet are way too slow to help anybody on defense, and he's limited on offense if guys can't get open around him.

Trent fits quite nicely beside Trae. Nice size, doesn’t need the ball at all and he scraps. One day I’ll stop calling him Vernon Forrest. RIP champ.
He just needs a functional jump shot. He'll have a long career if he can figure that out.

Never doubted them for a second.

- Congratulations to Trae. But I always felt like if I had that kind of money I'd build my own mansion and really design it to my liking. That may not be doable in that area I guess.

JC shouldn't be traded but he has to be because of that contract.
Trading JC for a worse player isn't going to help anything. Being reliant on Trae and Murray to carry the offense isn't a recipe for success. We can win with the roster we have, but we have to make use of everyone's talent.

So is it true Nate and Trae had a dust up today?
McMillan kept talking about that fist... Trae decided to take it literally for once.

Not mad at CC. His defense has been good!
Uhm??? He'll be in the running. That dude in Indy is playing.
Mathurin is balling, but Griffin is the better player. He just needs the opportunity.

If he gets the minutes, Griffin will be Rookie of the Year.

You think he's #1??
I think Carter may go before him...
I like Carter and Anderson more than any QB in the draft, but I expect the Texans or whoever has the #1 pick to take a QB.

AJ is a LOT more nimble than Dre is
He's still getting cooked a lot on defense.

Could the Falcons be getting Young?
We've won too many games. We'd have to trade the farm to get the #1 pick to select him.

Im looking for Dre and JC trades after the game if Im Travis..
I don't understand your logic. We've got guys stepping up tonight, but they haven't been this good consistently. I think the takeaway should be that the ball needs to spread around more on offense.

Travis did a great job assembling this roster, with the exception of signing Kaminsky.

Flawless execution on offense so far. It's nice to see everybody get involved early.

Who the hell throws a half court alley oop from half court with 8 secs to go???
Trae Young. If you don't like that you don't like Hawks™ basketball.

One of my friends is a Spurs fan and I have been venting to him about how we are playing and all he ever responds is 'Well, can't win them all.' While that is certainly the truth, that doesn't take away from the fact of looking at your team and their struggles in both the short term and long term. Obviously still time to string some wins together and feel good about the team again, 61 f***ing games left, but if things do not change on a fundamental, tactical, whatever word you want to use level, sooner, rather than later, this season will be a wash.
Bogi's return is the only thing giving me hope at the moment. We can't play much worse than how we've played to start the season, so there's clearly some upside if the coaching staff figures out how to do their job.

Official Game Thread: Lakers at Hawks
in Homecourt

I must be the only Hawks fan left that still hates Lebron. He's getting way too many cheers for this performance.
