Huh? To me at least Howard would seem like a hard guy to hate having on my team as he is a jokester and would seem to mesh well off the court. The only thing that could make me dislike him would be his reputation as a coach killer and team cancer, but that's what fans say based on team results. Honestly horford is just making himself look like more and more of a baby back bitch to me.

Our team identity is playing great defense and ball movement. With this move we are getting a player that has DPOY potential. He is not as bad as some of y'all are making him out to be on offense, he averaged 4 less ppg than jeff Teague. This will be easily replaced. We have been swept 2 straight years by the cavs and y'all want to bring back the same team? With this move we solidify our paint defense, allowing the focus in the draft and free agency to go the the wings. I keep seeing people in here talk about retooling. That starts with trading Teague. We will NEVER win a championship or make the finals with him as our starting PG. This is a PG driven league, Teague is a top 15 PG, Schröder has the potential to be better. Also, Schröder is a competitor and the same can't be said about Teague, this means Schröder wants the last shot he wants to guard curry. Schröder has spot started the past two seasons and performed well.

I was mocking the previous thread that seemed to actually be upset we traded this guy. I even put "muscular frame" in the video in hopes that the joke would be picked up

Recently there was a thread that stated that the Hawks were dumb for trading Lucas Nogueira and I totally agreed with it. Tonight Lucas had another dominating performance in the playoffs showing off his skills and potential. I put together a quick video that displays this talent and why the Hawks were so dumb for letting him go. Try not to cry too much over losing the talent in this video!!

Bazemore has really settled down since the first game and has really helped us win these last two games. Right now he is out playing Korver, however just having Korver on the court causes defenses to play us differently. I wonder if things continue on this trend whether Thabo or Patterson or Schröder could take the starting role from Korver until he can catch his rhythm back. I doubt it though but I could see Korver's minutes go down in favor of others. I like Al being aggressive and taking 3's, but what happened to him on the block? I always thought he had some good post moves and could score some in 5+ touches down there.

Nice to think that now we might be on some of these players' radar, but highly doubt he comes to the Hawks. It's either the Wizards, Thunder, or LA imo. Sure we will find some less sought after players that can make a splash for us.

He is not going to get the 25 years everyone was freaking out about. Likely he will just get a couple years of probation. Once the case occurs, then the NBA will decide whether to suspend him or nah

Looks like there was an emphasis for some lengthy athletic players. With Holiday, Bazemore, and Scott sliming down, we have some more athletes that were very active on defense in the first pre season game. Really liked what I saw from Holiday, he was in the passing lanes and coming from GSW is sure to know how to move the ball and shot that thang.
