What all-Star caliber player Paul didn't make an all star appearance. Maybe he makes the all star team in the east but you think that Millsap alone at 33 is making this team a truly competitive team? yes 107 million on 11 players even if we sign vets on minimums would put us around 115 million 26 million over the cap. I really didn't mind resigning Muscala if we are trying to rebuild since he has been with the team so long simmilar to Nick Collison in OKC. Only issue I had with Illyasova is you had the bird no trade clause so we were unable to deal him at the deadline.

I'd agree but Deandre Jordan and Whiteside didn't shoot above 60% from the line and college and never took shots out of the paint. I'm not saying I want Bamba if we land a top 2 pick or even top 3 but 4- I'd be happy.

You still don't understand Paul was never even offered a contract because the hawks would go over the cap even matching Denver's deal.

I'd take whiteside If he could shoot 31% from 3 in big 12 play on 2 attempts per game. I think that shows he has the ability to shoot from the midrange with more polishing. EDIT I didn't want him at all until I saw him play a couple games in conference play and saw how much he improved this season.

I just see him as a high floor guy without much upside to drive your team to a championship.

1000% disagree about Bamba. You don't think he can be Hassan Whiteside? Everyone I know that says that about Bamba is looking for flash. He maybe not have the upside Ayton has but he can be a very good Center in the nba that shoots 70+% from the line. He is shooting 68% on 4 attempts per game so shows competence there. May not have the superstar trait but he can be very valuable.
