He was 4-5 on 3's, played great, so why not shoot more? No one else on this team can play right now besides Childress and Richardson, and Horford, so attack your former teammate. No reason to let Josh Smith show us that horrid jumpshot

OMG, does JJ really have to sit as soon as he gets his 4th? The only player on this team who fouls out is Josh Smith, and Horford gets in foul trouble, but just let them play. It's not like we're winning games. I wish we had a week till the deadline. This team is not ready. We have seen the best of our Hawks--long losing streaks and the occasional 3 game spurt. I sure hope we win at least 1 game on this trip, come home, and JJ explodes, because this is looking pathetic

How the hell do you wait till now to make a trade before one of the worst road trips in recent years (so many back-to-backs)? What a Freaking idiotic move by our GM and owners. Our guys don't know each other, no one can anticipate Bibby's moves, and we have no freaking pg's besides Bibby and Acie who are both injured. GOOD JOB BK. COULDA GOTTEN BIBBY LAST MONTH OR JARRETT JACK OR ANDRE MILLER, BUT YOU JUST COST US THE PLAYOFFS. No I am not wrong. I, for one, am. I have 3 major exams in the next 5 days, am studying adequately, but am spending an INORDINATE amount of time on here and AJC Hawks, incessantly hitting REFRESH REFRESH to see how Bibby and the teammates are doing. I haven't been this excited since draft week. I just hope we get at least 3 wins on this 5 game trip, come home, and go on some LONG streaks. Yes, it feels GREAT to be a Hawk fan right now.

Marvin isn't good enough to be a starter, and wouldn't start on any other team in the NBA.

It's funny, Pierce saying players cant be allstars if they are on losing teams. LOL @ who is saying that Well, JJ didn't really look like he was trying to be that involved. I'm sure the whole time he was thinking, "Who cares about these @$$holes on Boston? Our GM made a great trade we've needed for God Knows When. He woke up from his hibernation since June 27 and did something to make us better. Now Marvin needs to wake up from this horrid stretch and start performing. Rumor is that he has some injury, but he should be healed. So I wanna see less of this Basketball-goes-flying-every-time-he-drives sh!t, and more dunking and jumpshot execution. Our starting lineup has the potential to score well over 70 PPG, and Marvin needs to stop shooting 3-16 in crucial games, especially as the season winds down and we're in the thick of the playoff race.

Great idea. Plus , if BK can give up on Shelden, why not let Marvin come off the bench? This will also help reduce JJ's minutes, and Horford will have more help.
