We definately have a good team to work with now. We just need to pick up at least a 7 footer like magloire or darko. But trading one of our expendable players should also be an option.

If we could do that trade we would be set. Speedy and Childress or Sheldon would work. Pryzbilla and Jack would solidify us as a playoff team. Do it BK!!!!

I still don't understand why people from the Hawks didn't jump at Hibbert and guarantee him the #3 spot. He said he was backing out of the draft because he didn't want to be selected at #8 or around there. It just doesn't add up to me. I know I would have been on the phone immediately with his agent when I heard that!!! Hibbert and Law would have been perfect!

I thought we didn't want any more aging point guards that aren't star caliber. I don't think he would be any better then speedy or aj.

I think we should trade Lue but keep A. Johnson he did better then lue or speedy last year. Plus he can play some sg also. We need to trade Lue and one of the forwards for a starting pg or center.

I agree, LA would laugh at us if we proposed that. Kobe wants a star to play with him not Zaza and Marvin!!! I mean don't get me wrong I think Marvin is getting better and Zaza is decent but neither of them are anywhere near stars in this league yet.

No doubt in my mind we are better. Batista and Ivey suck!!! But we still have free agency to replace slava too.

I agree I think Law will be a good point guard. He might not step in immediately and start but give him a little while and I bet he will take over the starting role. And anyways for all of you out there saying we should have drafted Conley, WHO would we have gotten with #11??? Hawes and Noah were gone, and there were no other big men worth a #11 pick.

We definately need to pick up a center in free agency. From what I see there are a few possibilities: Darko, Magloire, or possibly even Jake Tsakilitis (he might not be great but he is like 7'3" and we need someone over 6'11" desperately for when we face those taller centers. If we could get one of those and get rid of batista, slava and ivey i will be impressed. That would be a deep team and should definately make the playoffs. So what about getting Gasol? Is that not happening now or what?
