Without the whole bubble situation last year there is no chance they make the finals IMO. Milwaukee was not the same team at all after the continuation of the season, a lot of teams missed key players while the Heat were completely whole. Not shitting on them because I think they are 55ish win team in a full 82 game season, but they aren't finals caliber either.
I kinda have to agree with that. Also, by playoff time teams will have more people in the stands and that will start to give back home court advantage. The Heat benefitted extremely from the isolated bubble atmosphere. Heir young shooters did not have any distractions as they were launching threes.

statistically they match up very evenly too. the problem was we tried to build around JJ but here bogdan is the 2nd or 3rd best player on the team.
That’s not problem now. That’s a good thing. Lol.

He is the only one on the team this year that has not done something that shows their true value on this team. We know he can play basketball, but he has not had an opportunity to produce. Its a numbers game and he is the odd man out.

He almost reminds me of Joe Johnson a little bit.
That is a good comparison when you think about it.

Here is what Im looking at.
April 5th, Hunter had a non surgical procedure, said they would unload his legs for three days, and he would return to activity later that week, which would have been the 9th.
Today they said they just started to reload his legs for the first time yesterday, the 12th. Okay. 3 days later than they had initially planned. And what does re-load mean?
They also said on the 6th, Dunn was scrimmaging full court and they just wanted to get him a few more scrimmages to see how he felt. Guess he didn't feel good.
Also on the 6th, Nate said that Collins was "further out" than Dre in terms of returning. Implying Dre would be back sooner than John, who has another update due on the 15th, Thursday.
As of today, all are showing little to no signs of return this week. Dre was supposed to be ahead of JC to return, which sucks because JC will likely get an update Thursday that says he can just do 3-on-3 for a week or so.
Dre is reloading, but does that mean he is moving on the court, shooting, or is he a ways from that too.
Dunn went from scrimmaging to M.I.A
Yeah something weird is going on with our medical staff.

The Hawks will have 2 days off after their game Thursday. If Dunn doesn't practice during that time, and he isnt a go for Sunday I think he won't ever be ready this season.
I agree. He can hang it up if he can’t do that.

Bro, in no universe has he been third best. He has been the MVP and its not even remotely close.
Defensive MVP. Trae, John, Clint, Hunter, Bogi, Gallo, Lou, Cam/Kev. In that order.
Clint is the biggest reason we are a better defensive team. -
Leave LP out of this, he would had this team in the playoffs too. 10 seed play in, but he would have done it. Lol.

Capela is our best player
. He is our third best player. Which says a lot about this team.

Man this team is fun to watch. It reminds me of that Golden State team that won that first championship with Steph Curry. Everybody is sharing the ball and contributing. And it still looks like we ha e lots of room to grow.

Dunn is Done.
Cam is probably on the outside looking in.
Dre will have minutes available for sure if he comes back.
Dunn might be the easiest to incorporate since he has such a defined role. If Bogi is still starting, Cam and Dunn will be splitting back up minutes. I feel like the team (and Dunn) would rather push Dunn toward playing significant minutes toward the end of the season and playoffs and just save Cam until next year. This will give us a chance to get something out of Dunn and Dunn another opportunity earn another payday.

I am afraid that if we don’t get these guys back soon, it will hard to fit them back into the rotation. It never fails, there is always a team that manages to play well without key starters but when they return late in the season it messes up he chemistry. These guys won’t just be able to jump back in the rotation and become instantly better.

It also says something about him because Mays was starting to get some real minutes over him and he pushed back a little bit and said, hey don’t forget about me.

I think he will earn himself another multiyear contract.

Now, when I need to catch up on deep sleep, I go hunting for Pelicans broadcasts. It's better than turning the TV and the lights off completely. Not even Mr. Williamson can rev that PBP guy up. "And there goes ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZion with the very nice slamzzzzzzzzzzzzz."

Bob is definitely one of the best non national TV guys. I hope he gets a chance to call a championship for these Hawks one day.

Fair warning. If you're gonna listen to the CHA broadcast, don't. Their pbp guy is a strange combination of horrible and annoying.
I actually like that guy. He is so excited about basketball and his enthusiasm jumps through the screen. Much better than some of these “golf” announcers out there sucking the energy out if the broadcast. The only other team’s announcer I like is the Heat guy.

Cant wait to get this guy out of the starting lineup..
He is not that bad. He has been the starter while we have been winning. Everyone will have their ups and downs in a season.

There is this magical fantasy day I dream of, when we are healthy as a team, and we can see how good this roster really is at their best. We are operating at about 75% strength right now and still getting the job done.
I really, truly cannot wait
I think best case scenario we have everyone except for Cam back before the playoffs. If Dunn doesn’t play Tuesday, we might not see him this year.

Did yall see that ally oop OO17 caught last night? I though Lou was passing it across court to the corner three point shooter because it was so high and fast. But OO17 came out of nowhere and caught the ball at it’s peak and almost broke the rim! His athleticism is off the charts!

Good luck coach, JC's one week ankle sprain turned in to 3 weeks likely. Minor injuries don't exist anymore under Lane.
You got that right. SMH.

Gallinari seems to be the key to our recent success. When he plays scrappy defense and scores over 15, we seem unbeatable.
