I said all that jokingly ( for the most part ) I was just initially pissed when Smoove wasn't traded. I'm not actually going to do that. 1 ) I don't have the balls 2 ) As long as he's a Hawk I'm going to root for him 3 ) I like going to Hawks games, don't want people giving me the stank eye. Lol

According to Alex Kennedy Ferry hasn't gotten any superb deals but it is believed that he will settle for one before the deadline rather than letting Smoove walk and getting nothing back. GET A DEAL DONE FERRY!

No one is trading unless they can dump one bad contract. Even Nets trying to dump Humprhies on us. Just not sure there is a team willing to trade real assets for a guy that will walk.

According to Broussard's "insight" Smoove has said that he would like to play with both Jennings and Ellis. Also Bucks aren't willing to trade Sanders or Henderson... Leaving a package of Illasova/Dalembert or Illasova/Mbah a Moute with a pick possibly. I still like Illasova, we need a SF badly however he hasn't particularly shown he is worth the money. Averaging 11 ppg 6 rebounds a game. Guys no matter how we slice it, we are getting one bad deal back. Question is which bad deal is Ferry willing to take?

Lol, it's either keep Smoove around and let him walk or possibly get Sanders/pick. Plus Ellis can really help us in the playoffs. Player option or not, Ferry won't give him a better deal this summer.

It won't be just for Monta. But Ellis isn't bad guys 18 ppg, 5.5 assists, 3 rebounds per game. We need guard help with Lou out and with Harris being injury probe.

I'm sure we will get a first round pick and Sanders. Not a bad deal. Ellis could also be gone at the end of the season with his player option. Free cap space, get rid of Smoove, get a pick and a big man.

@NBARUMORS: According to sources, the Atlanta Hawks are ready to send Josh Smith to Milwaukee Bucks in exchange for Monta Ellis. Not sure about the rest of the deal but apparently this deal is about to happen.
