I agree with this KG… Landry is not doing himself favors by trying to come off as too smart to acknowledge rumors.. It comes from a place of viewing players like puzzle pieces and you have to do that but not to the public.. you lie to the presss and say “hell naw we ain’t letting our all star guard DJ Murray touch the market, those fools are liars”

Landry is not a great press guy. He acts like a CEO and not a GM. He is more likely to talk about the cost-benefit analysis of a 3rd string center than tell people "We ain't trading our stars"
