  1. I think that it is important to follow this draft to see what happens. I think that we all can learn a valuable lesson from the 2 different approaches. If Ferry's way is not the way then we can say that this was his missed opportunity. But if none of those guys turn into what everyone thought they would then "Tanking" may not be the correct answer all of the time.
  2. I don't get the Wiggins love..He isn't good at anything! He isn't even good at finishing around the rim in traffic. Certainly he isn't a ball handler or a shooter so I don't see it. Gordon can jump but that's about it...His shooting is atrocious and his other skills are not good. Do players commonly go from awful to great at something?
  3. I agree that Parker is your best chance but certainly not a given. Do you think that he would have been worth tanking for? Meaning give up your good players like Horford, Teague and Millsap?
  4. That's right...Exum is the point guard with limited point guard skills so it is commonly thought that he has the highest bust potential of them all.
  5. Don't you think that Wiggins and Gordon lack the skills necessary to become even a star. Embiid had star potential but is he the next Greg Oden? Don't know much about Exum and Smart but isn't the knock on Parker & Randal defense?
  6. Just curious...Who will be the superstar from this draft?
  7. Maybe the days of the expensive free agents winning championships are over. San Antonio may have cracked the code and we may have to change our way of thinking! We shall see.
  8. There must be a point in this somewhere...Just can't find it
  9. Dennis Rodman had asthma and wasn't limited at all
  10. More vertical leap and better outside shot than Millsap
  11. Left up to the fans, we would have about 18 players on our roster to start the season. LOL!
  12. Monroe will not be a Hawk this season. He is a restricted free agent so Detroit would match any offer!
  13. Bosh doesn't rebound or play defense so no thank you!

  15. Looks like we have another Diesel-Marvin scenario brewing but on a smaller scale obviously. But I do wonder how many trade proposals we will see involving Horford this year.

  17. Pretty ridiculous analysis! I bet if you did the same analysis with the #1 pick you would get similar numbers if not worse.
  18. So a guy that can hit 3's at a 41% clip and is improving, Shoots over 50% from the field in general.. Has a 38 inch vertical with post move and explosive dunks is an energy guy and a career back up huh? Man y'all really buy in the hype of upside in guy like Wiggins...What a shame!
  19. Millsap is in the last year of his contract and is a candidate to be moved at the trade deadline if the right offer presented itself.
  20. Yeah and the Horford injury didn't happen! I don't know whether you are being difficult or what. This year we get a lot of people back plus a couple of solid draft picks! So yeah this team is not the same as last year and should be considered a contender but we shall see.
  21. Neither does Indy who were the # 1 seed in the east but we do have a great coach so I will chose to be optimistic!
