Yeah. I don’t think we have seen this team’s best yet. Young guys improving and new players still getting to know one another. Not to mention the coach is still growing with the team. I am gonna sit back and enjoy the show.

Player buy in might be the most because they can’t blame anybody else now and they know they are competing for real now.
-
In that case, he** to the naw. Lol.

Do we have to pay he trade kicker or the team trading for him?
-
Yeah, I heard him say that. That’s crazy to think that Nate has this team doing this this fast. I also think Letting LP go put the team on notice that everybody needs to perform or they might find themselves on the short end of the stick.
-
I would trade Bogi for him.

During this streak, this seems to be the key. Guys are doing all the small things at a high level. Everyone seems to be accountable for their role, hustling, happy for teammates, prepared, resilient, and dare I say it, mentally tough. Nathan Knight may be the embodiment of this mentality.

Man what turn around. We went from outside the play-in tournament to 4th seed in three weeks. Sweet. Let’s keep it going.

12 assists. I am confused. When you average 25 ppg that doesn't mean your make 25 every game. Ups and downs but he is still very effective with the rest of his floor game. We get spoiled around here real easy.- 333 replies

Yeah but it is at the tail end of a long road trip and it is back to back. The Pelicans do stink right now though.

I am going conservative. Trying to work guys back into the rotation is always tough. 3 - 5. The last two games worry me because they are back to backs and a long plane ride in between.

Thats probably why Trae and Collins were mad at him. Forced them to play a certain way and sacrifice, but it didn't lead to wins and their individual numbers were down.

Is it me or has Gallo been playing great defense lately?

Spot on. He has done much better at this although he did do it in the Cleveland game once. The best time for him to do it is in a two for one situation.

That is a quote from Nathan Knight after his big game. He said that’s what it takes if you want to beat the best. Wow this dude is special. I hope the whole team adopts this mind set.
-
^^^ this. This is spot on. The biggest difference between our current wins and losses is that we are not letting Joe Blows come in here and have the game of their lives against us. Everyone on our team is playing with the right energy no matter who they face.

When you look at his college play, he has so many skills that he is very good at. The only question was would it translate to the NBA. Well...

Yes. I also noticed the pace of play is down significantly. This reduces the other teams opportunities to score. That is why the scoring has been so low of late. This how DeAndre Hunter played at Virginia. He should excel in this style when he returns.

Ah Snell will fill that role when Cam is back. Cam will take Huerter’s bench minutes or his starter minutes.

This is great to watch. A coach manufacturing wins when he is down 3 starters and not playing down to the competition. Nathan Knight looks like the real deal.

Yeah, not looking great. The market might be a little tight for him next year. Maybe McMillan can sway him.
-
All good points. However, you only make the deal if you can agree on a resigning for a reasonable price. A Bogi like deal would be reasonable to me with some incentives based on health. It is risky, but he provides the one element that we don’t have outside of Trae if we want to seriously compete. The ability to create his own shot at a high level. The first is a lot but if he is traded, someone (Golden State) will through in a first for him.

Heurter, Snell and OKC’s first for Olidipo.
