    I fell asleep on the game when Simmons missed a dunk attempt down 24. Woke up to a win, wasn’t surprised in the slightest. I see Lou was +31 (Kevin -23?) so he was clearly cooking up juicy and crispy all flats with fried rice (no onions please) but Trae’s 3 steals and OO’s 13 stat points in 8 minutes jump off the page. This just a gangster ass squad man. Series update: +30 from 3 even at the line in far fewer attempts -8 rebounding 6 fewer turnovers I knew the first two were how the Hawks were gonna stay in the series. The last two are why we’re one game away from the Conference Finals wtf bruh. Its just extremely rare for a younger, smaller team to virtually stay even on the boards every half. And with Trae realizing that limiting his turnovers in turn makes his teammates better playmakers as well, this team is just an absolute headache for 48 minutes. F&@kin Nate man where is his 5 year extension and ownership share already godd@mit. The acceleration of this team’s maturity has been nothing short of spectacular. You know what we need to do I ain’t even gotta say it...

    Just ride out the 3 point attempts and FT making and we good. Hawks +18 from 3 and +1 at the line so far in the series. Where I didn’t think we’d have an edge we have a chance to grab hold tonight with the rebounding (only -4) and the turnovers (1 fewer). Considering that outside of Seth their team was built with size and length clearly in mind I think we’ve played excellently. Add on the fact that the Sixers have an ideal team average age of 27.6 while we’re a full two years younger I am so pleased with this group. Let’s Go. And no panicking during the game guys and gals! Lethal’s game threads too sophisticated for that...keep it cool baby. Nate and Trae got this here.

    There is some semblance of #Budball with the low fouls and good team-wide three point shooting. It goes left when you look at the assists and turnovers, both middle of the pack during the regular season. A regular season that saw them take advantage of the easiest strength of schedule. Hungry KD is a whole different animal lol.

    Limited Curry’s looks tonight, OO’s minutes were insanely efficient again, and barely no turnovers, spearheaded by Trae’s CP3-like ratio. Bogi and Kevin playing 2 guard the way it’s supposed to be played: both ends with balls. The defensive communication was clearly improved on Embiid. Love it. I been on the FT and three point shooting matchup since jump. In a close win where the overall shooting percentage was abysmal we hit two more freebies and one more three I wished we eased up on the John hate here. That kid is an advanced stat darling and leaves all he has on that damn floor when each game is over. That’s not someone you criticize for wanting a max. Your beef is with the franchise if they award it. Let’s Godd@mn Go Man.

    Too much size for Philly, too many perimeter defenders missing for us. Assist to turnover ratio is 1.34 for us, 2.27 for Philly. Thybulle and Dwight have monster ratings due to their obscene shooting. Bogdon killing the team with way too many minutes, turnovers, and a shooting drop off. Lou and Solo have awful ratings but that’s not surprising. I’ll give OO a pass this series he was great last one. But Snell has a 0 (!!!!!) offensive rating next to 133 defensive in 18 total minutes. Every second he’s been on the court has been a free fall for the team. We all knew Clint was gonna struggle with Embiid and the refs so that’s no surprise either; he hasn’t been able to generate any offense at all getting bullied all game. The board loves to kill John but he and Gallo are the only two guys with positive ratings in the series. Don’t try to argue with me I don’t budge on them shits lol. Trae is only -2 which is actually excellent given his size disadvantage and the defenders he’s facing. With Green out his defensive rating might balloon but offensively a 2.6:1 assist to turn and his FT shooting will always keep him in good standing. In other news, CP3 has a 155 to 106 rating in their current series. Again. 155 to 106. They mentioned James Jones and how he just backed up the Brinks truck for a 35 year old. One of the best moves in recent FA memory the man is the smartest player I’ve ever seen bar none.

    I had to step away, saw the lead balloon. I had such high hopes for him this season. Hoping he comes back 100%, he’s the strawberry on top of this team.
