  1. After the Howard pickup, 8+ million will be a lot for an unhappy #2. They will most likely not want to deal him within the WC. With that being said I would trade F Deshawn Stevenson, Mike Scott, cash(3mill is the max allowed by CBA), and 2015 1st round pick. I don't think anybody is willing to give away a 1st next year except well...New Orleans. I would then trade 2nd round picks in 14 & 15 to Minny for Derrick Williams. Top it off by signing Beno Udrh to the mini mid level. 1st Unit PG:Udrih SG:Korver SF:D.Williams PF:Horford C:Asik 2nd Unit PG:L.Williams SG:Jenkins SF:DMC PF:Millsap C:Horford 3rd Unit: PG:Schröder SG:L.Williams SF:Millsap PF:D.Williams C:?
  2. Their are few meaningful FA pickups left to get. With about 10 million under the cap before renouncing everybody. What would you guy consider the best option? Brandon Jennings to a 3 year 21 million dollar deal with a team option in the last year. Dalembert to a 1yr 3million dollar deal to backup Horford or Mo Williams to a 2yr 10 million dollar deal & Greg Oden
  3. He has been a player that has always been available. His best basketball is ahead of him for sure. He is one of those guys who could flourish in the right system. I would trade Lou Williams And Mike Scott. They need a guard who can score off the bench and we need a stretch 3. At worst, he would be an expiring deal at the end of the season allowing 6 more mill off the books, but I think he has a chance to improveMinnesota lineupRubio/RidnourMartin/L.WilliamsBudinger/ShabazzLove/ScottPek/DiengPotential lineupMo Williams/SchroederKorver/Jenkins/GladyrWilliams/DMCMillsap/HorfordHorford/Dalambert/Muscalla

    Oden?

Would you be willing to take a look at him ?
  5. I would like the neal pickup for veteran leadership as well as an insurance policy for Lou. Lou's career numbers are only 11.6 pts. 2rebs 3 says 34% from 3. Neal's averages are 10 pts 2 reb 2 ast 39% from 3. I just wonder if Lou will be able to get back to form.
  6. Would you give him a shot? He is familiar with Bud and could rotate between the 4&5. He is undersized, but he is very scrappy, has good touch around the basket and can rebound. I don't think it would cost much to bring him in.
  7. Call me crazy, but I would trade Lou Williams and a couple 2nd rd picks. They were actively trying to unload him not too long ago. Granger could play the 2 and the 3 next season and give us major cap flexibility next offseason with around 19 million to work with.Jennings/Mack/SchroederKorver/Jenkins/GladyrGranger/DMC/ScottMillsap/I.JohnsonHorford/Cheap vet/Muscalla
  8. Besides the ball hogging Ellis, who has Jennings had in his 4 years that he could trust to put up points on a nightly basis? If he has legitimate pieces to depend on, he would be a different player.
  9. bingo!! Bingo. We have ideal big men to execute the pick and roll as well as the sharpshooters to improve his efficiency. He would definitely have better offensive looks here.
  10. Would he be worth the risk if we could get him out of Indy?
  11. Jennings hasn't been involved with many talented bigs in his career except Bogut, who is a horrible pnr big. The next best big was Drew Gooden. He has been on ISO oriented teams since he has been in the league. First it was Salmons, then it was Ellis that he had to work with. His style of play has been indicative of the Milwaukee's offensive plan for the past 4 years. If you put him on our squad with superior pnr bigs(Horrd/Milsap), and sharp-shooters like Korver, Jenkins, and L.Williams, Jennings numbers would be for more efficient than it ever was for the Bucks. Teague's had good shooters, and quality big man at his disposal and his numbers are slightly better than Jennings. In a proven system that Bud knows like the back of his hand, skilled bigs, and shooters, Jennings could explode in Atlanta. I could see 20 pts 3reb 8 ast 2stl
  12. He was amnestied. 12 pts 5 reb 2 ast last season with good defense.
  13. Thought I was on home court when I posted. I would double dip at SF and target a more defensive minded big
  14. Although he is coming off of a knee injury, he would be a good fit in our offense whether D12 comes or not. He moves well without the ball, shoots well from 3 and off screens. Has the potential to develop even more while not costing a lot.
  15. Evans had a 48 FG % and 34% from 3. His jumper might be as automatic as you would like but he can get to the basket at will and create for others when put in position to. I have a feeling Teague will command somewhere in the 7-9 mill range. I would sign and trade Teague, Mike Scott, and a couple of 2nd round picks for Evans. lets say 4yr 45 million. If Howard becomes an absolute no-go, I would sign and trade Smoove to the Rockets to reunite with his buddy. We would receive C Omer Asik (3yr 25mill left), and SF Carlos Delfino(3.5mill expiring this year)
  16. http://www.sportingnews.com/nba/story/2013-06-25/nba-draft-2013-trade-rumors-free-agency-2013-celtics-josh-smith-luol-deng-jammer What do you think we could get in this deal. Could Atlanta discuss with Boston what player they would want with #16 prior to the draft, then have that player included in the deal I would love to get Brandon Bass, The Jet, #16 for Josh Smith, & #47 I would sign a decent big w/ offensive abillity to a 2 y deal(12 mil) Chris Kaman comes to mind. He averaged 20 minutes per game and put up 11 pts 6reb & close to 1 block per game. If u combine him with a rim protecter, it could be a good mix #16-Dennis Schröder #17-Seregay karasev #18-Gorgui Dieng 1st Unit PG:Teague SG:Terry SF:Karasev PF:Horford C:Kaman 2nd Unit PG:Schröder SG:Williams SF:Barnes/Scott PF:Bass C:Dieng
  17. Indiana as making #23 available if a team is willing to take on Gerald Greens contract(3yr 10 mil). If CP3/D12 combo is completely out of the window, would you take on Greens 3.5mill in order to grab #23? That would give us some trade up power If we decided to go that route. #17-Gorgui Dieng C Defensive minded with a developing offense #18-Seregay Karasev SG Taller version of Manu Ginobli (pre finals) #23-Tony Snell SF Good defender with nice stroke w/frame to add weight. K.Leonard potential PG:Teague/Williams/Mack SG:Karasev/JenkinsWilliams SF:Snell/Green/Scott PF:Horford/Ivan/Scott C:Splitter(Only for a reasonable price(6-8))/Dieng
  18. Trade 17,18,47,50, and Lou Williams to Sacramento for #7 and #36 #7-Victor Oladipo #36-Jeff Withey FA: Chris Paul Dwight Howard Matt Barnes Gary Neal Ivan Johnson Zaza Pachulia Paul/Neal Oladipo/Jenkins/Neal Barnes/Oladipo/Scott Horford/I.Johnson/Scott Howard/Zaza/Withey
  19. As much as I like Lou Williams, he would be worth dealing if it meant getting a guy like oladipo at SG. I would go for a value option at backup pg and starting SF like CJ Watson & Martell Webster
  20. He can play 2/3 in the mold of Iggy. What he lacks in height, he makes up for it in a rediculous wingspan.
  21. Although he is a thin guy, he is a guy who would alter shots and could be a Camby/Dalembert type player.
  22. FA:Cp3HowardM.WebsterI.johnsonZazaC.WatsonTrade Lou Williams ,16th and 17th picks to Phx for #5 We select Victor Oladipo. Unloading Williams would give some cap relief.PG: Paul/WatsonSG: Oladipo/JenkinsSF: Webster/Scott/2nd round pkPF: Horford/Johnson C: Howard/Zaza/2nd rd
  23. Just imagine:Paul: 20 pts 4 reb 10 astSG:13 pts 3 reb 3 astPierce: 16 pts 5 reb 3 astHorford:17 pts 9 reb 5 astHoward:22 pts 13 reb 3 blks
  24. You can shake ur head if u want . If he was willing to go the Ray Allen route, he would be beyond effective for us. He has received multiple max deals and I doubt a pay day is what he is looking as he nears the end of his career. He wouldn't be relied on as a #1 let alone #2. He would be a beast for us with Paul Howard and Horf on the court. I could care less if he flops or whines at times, because the last time I checked everybody does it, even the ones considered to be the best
  25. Although he has a player option, I think he will bolt due to Bostons forecasted decline and Garnett leaving..
