  1. The guys on ESPN Radio (can't remember who it was) thought Rivers desiring to leave Boston was possible...
  2. How about we get Doc Rivers? Atlanta would have to give compensation, but he might would actually come here.
  3. Jeff missed out on a lot of assists, because the guys shooting were shooting a lot of bricks. I hope I'm not the only one who noticed that.
  4. Taking the Ferry to the Big Island
  5. "Name one team that can beat us in the East." The Hawks can easily beat the Hawks.
  6. I've pretty much lost any confidence in Joe. I don't mean to be a negative nancy around here, but I'm more of a realist than an optimist when it comes to putting my faith in men. I'm an optimist when it comes to God and His promises. :)
  7. I said I wasn't going to watch them tonight. And I'm not watching them, I just stopped by. I'm going to do by best to putting my energy into something useful until something changes...
  8. This team is much like the other Hawks teams... the players get you excited on the potential due to talent, then they rip your heart out of your chest. Just look at the last two games. INEXCUSABLE. It's been inexcusable for a long time and nothing has changed. Chuck was on the money. Just blunt, brutal truth. I'm tired of Joe Johnson's selfishness and ego. He has to go via amnesty to free up some money. Not that this will matter until the team is in a capable owner's hands. Josh Smith needs to pack because he doesn't care to understand team basketball, either. I'd much rather watch a product of overachievers playing team basketball than a ego-driven squad who is satisfied and unmotivated. Joe Johnson and Josh Smith are captains, and from what I've seen, they have no right to be. I have always been a Hawks fan, and always will be, seeing I have not been able to tear myself away from the team. Being real does not discount being a fan. This team has given me no reason to put my confidence in them. Perhaps they don't have the players to win a championship. They do have the players to make a push, and certainly to beat Miami last night, if they would play with heart, effort, and intensity.
  9. Thanks. Free-throw shooting must be a lost art. Fundamentals a lost art?
  10. Not sure how to do this, but if someone knows how to find historical stats on free-throw shooting, I'd like to see where Atlanta ranks this season, and in history. I know many of you have watched much more basketball than I, but I don't ever remember an entire team being so awful in free throw shooting.
  11. I'd also like to see T-Mac and Marvin on the floor at the same time...
