Is there anything that says that this is only a two team trade?

You would think they'd want people in the lower sections so it doesn't look like a ghost town on TV.

They can propose all they want, but Bonzi can't negotiate with any team until after the draft. Sac can't make any deals involving him, because he could choose to sign elsewhere, so they can't really even draft for Minny and trade the rights after. At least that's how I see it.
